Great Centre and highly professional interviewers with a pleasant manner

One of the better telephone research call centres for interviews with regular and reliable work, pay is OK and you get paid on time accurately on the whole. People are alright and there are opportunities for progression if your able to work hard and make the right impresion with management. Nice location and view.

IRRITATING. Why on earth would I want to disturbed on a Sunday afternoon to answer marketing questions with no benefit to me whatever?

Had the same experience as Gavin. Been called twice by them tonight. 1st call was silent; I said hello twice but the phone was then hung up at their end. They called back one minute later and I was granted an audience. They denied making the 1st call (1471 exposes that lie) and then went on about how the TPS doesn't apply in their case. A bit of advice to Quadrangle- people on TPS are there for a reason; we are sick to death of endless unsolicited phone calls- particularly when, as in my case tonight, you are laid up sick. So check the lists anyway and don't contact people whose name appears on it. It means you won't be dealing with extremely angry people, and you'll waste a lot less of your time.
