Shipping and Recieving department I would give 20 stars if I could. They were so friendly and helpful. This is definitely the best company I have picked up for that I can say this about. Keep up the great work.

This company does not stand behind their products! I wish I could give them zero. I purchased an electric kettle from Target a little over a year and now it s not working. When I phoned the customer service area the rep requested a receipt from target in order to get it replaced. Who keeps receipts for such a small appliance??? I had no intentions on returning it.
The supervisor had the audacity to ask if I wanted to purchase another one at a discounted price?? Are you kidding, I will never do business with these people ever again. There are plenty of other companies that sell all the same housewares as them with better service! I will buy another brand.

I've been buying Aroma hotplates for five years an...

I've been buying Aroma hotplates for five years and the past years, four of them haven't lasted longer than three months...proof of purchases on Amazon. I took out an insurance policy on all but one of these and was informed the company had to honor the warranty before the insurance policy would cover a new hotplate. They honored it one time. I spoke with Ana in customer service and she said they had been having issues with a certain hotplate and it turned out not to be the one I have been buying. So, I requested a replacement and after 10 days still no response..other than that, the hotplates are o.k and I wish they lasted longer because when they work, they're great.

Company failed to advertise prop 65 warnings on their website product descriptions and on the outside of their box packaging. You actually have to OPEN the box to see the warning, and then they charge you 15% for returning an open box. Hugely disappointing to see this unethical practice occur, well knowing that these chemicals could harm folks and then making those same folks pay for it.
