Great Services..... Fast and polite.... You will not be disappointed

-They scratch all 3 pedestal table legs by balancing them (no screws) with a wood base that fell and dent.
- Out of the house, they flip over a server and one of the door opened and hit the asphalt.. yes, another scratch.
- Didn't follow the assembly instructions, never dry face sweet, instead, dripping all over floor, carpet, and furniture to be assembled.
- Over a month waiting for a stools 2ND delivery and they excuse that have enough crews for only one...I keep waiting..they are "awesome"!

After reading the bad reviews on here, I am truly in awe. My aunt Bonnie and I have ordered multiple large items (furniture- couches, chairs, dressers, tv stands) from Overnight Office and have had nothing but great experiences. Greg has answered most every time I called, and if not, gets back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Upon going into the store to look around, different employees have welcomed me and asked if I needed any assistance. We've also had exceptional experience with delivery. They tell you a day, then call the morning of and give you a closer time frame. All furniture is wrapped tightly in thick plastic wrapping so nothing is damaged. Delivery people have always been very nice. Love this place, and I would highly recommend them!

Delivered furniture ordered from another online company. Great communication, friendly delivery, no problems whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone!

They delivered (well, attempted to) a Wayfair table .. very friendly, introduced themselves, professionally attired... very apologetic about the broken table (from Wayfair, not these folks).

Overnight office did a great job with the design and setup of my office. I would definitely use there services in the future.

Great place to pickup used office equipment. Probably great for new stuff too but I have only bought used office equipment.

Very disappointed. Their name is OVERNIGHT. They have had my item for 5 days. No one answers their phones, return calls, etc. Not a single voicemail, company main number, website, or facebook listed they were closed or even what their hours actually are. Finally get a hold of someone, although they were nice, can't deliver my package for another 2 days!! Where is the overnight in that?? A service company who closes for 5 days is not good customer service at all. We should have been contacted when the item arrived and had delivery set up for the first day they returned or have been offered a special deliver today . Less than 5 miles from their location. Not happy at all.

Great Service and selection!

I just moved my small business across town and Overnight helped with everything! They moved everything for me and installed the new and used furniture I bought from them at the same time! They made the move very easy on me! I highly recommend them to anyone who is moving their office or looking for office furniture!
