Mr. Blauvelt was seriously amazing. He was nice and helpful over the phone, and I believed that I hired a competent and good attorney at first. However once I saw him in action, that quickly changed to KNOWING I chose a GREAT attorney and competent would be an understatement for him.
I was pulled over for driving with a suspended license as well as no liability coverage on the car. I was nervous since that was my second time getting pulled over in NJ with no liability, and the fines for that are about $1,000 and suspended drivers license. About 5 minutes after he got to the court house he spoke with the prosecutor, got the no liability downgraded to not having the insurance card in the car and a mere $106 fine.
I mean, how much better can you do than that. He literally worked a miracle.
In regards to the driving while suspended; since I was able to prove that I had paid the citation that the system was saying my license was suspended for , he was able to get a mere suspended license for 10 days and a meaningless fine for a few bucks.

Never met the guy and I hired him! When I went to court I met with a different attorney with very little experience. The one and only time I met him was when I paid him. I wouldn't use him again.

After getting stuck in a very tough case of a DUI and numerous other violations, I was distraught about finding the right lawyer, the perfect lawyer. As any other person will do after getting slapped with 5 moving violations, I simply googled lawyers that could help. I found Mr. Blauvelt on a website and searched for his reviews on almost every other lawyer website they were. They were all good ratings. I contacted him on a sunday afternoon expecting to leave a voice message, surprisingly i got an answer. Talk about 24/7 service. In less than 2 Hours i had sent him copies of the tickets and he told what he could do along with the charges. This is a gentleman with experience and know directly what your chances are. I went from 22 points, possible suspended privileges to drive in New Jersey and over $1700.00 in just fines to having only 4 points 4 tickets dropped and a $500 fine. If this lawyer isn't heaven sent I don't know who is. He got the work done quickly and for a good price.
