Starting out having only basic mathematics skills Great Plains support (Lisa) has turned me into a mini accountant. I had no knowledge of Microsoft GP in the beginning and with Lisa's patience she has taught me everything I need to reconcile our bank accounts and get the reports needed to back up my reconciliation. Without Lisa's support I don't know what I would have done. She is the greatest teacher. Definitely use this firm for your accounting needs. The whole staff is great!
