Starting out having only basic mathematics skills Great Plains support (Lisa) has turned me into a mini accountant. I had no knowledge of Microsoft GP in the beginning and with Lisa's patience she has taught me everything I need to reconcile our bank accounts and get the reports needed to back up my reconciliation.
