Despite what it says here, this is not actually a physical child support office. I paid for parking and walked a block for them to tell me that the closest child support office were either in Pflugerville or at Oltorf. This listing is very misleading.

This place is no help at all. They have reported fraudulent arrears to the credit agencies and refuse to help me remove it even after I sent and they were issued a judge signed order CLEARLY STATING the balance is $0. Suzanne Ortiz will not answer phone calls or give me a phone number of her boss. Several emails and months of waiting have gotten me nowhere. BEWARE DADS! Sexist government funded organization.

I'm a NCP I changed jobs called a month and a half ago and gave all my info were I work no payments have been taken out IV called called called and called on my lunch breaks and after no answer I'm trying to do my job and help my kids I get letter s in the mail hounding me but when I try to call and can't talk to someone I can't help I have to send the payment my self

I think the attorney general is a joke they send orders to my exs job to hold out what im suppose to get over 12 dollars more then i should get now my child support ends and he only 16 what a joke hire someone that can count

I turned in my daughters graduation letter over 3 weeks ago and they haven t released my child support yet. The first week they were scanning it and the last few weeks they have been reviewing it. I was told it would only be about a week. They are still taking the money out of her dads check but are holding it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They employ a completely worthless receptionist with a real nasty attitude to boot. Horrible place to try and get anything resolved.

As an employer OAG is a great place to work. They have a good management structure and respect their staff. Their IT department is first rate!

If I could give a rating of a zero, I would. I have been going back and forth with over 100 phone calls, multiple papers turned in over the past two and a half years. I get the run around with every phone call. This state DOES NOT care for the custodial parents of children whatsoever, nor do they respect anyone for that matter. The state of Texas creates deadbeat parents, let's them slide through with the bare minimum. We wonder why so many children and families live in poverty. Texas should be ashamed of themselves and this office should be ashamed of themselves also.

I sought there help after experiencing serious harassment from Citizens Corps and local stakeholders to other groups involved in community policing. I was told they are there to protect the state . So I assume asking for help or showing proof of serious stalking and harassment is something they do not care to see video proof of. You will get more help by a foreign government than this office. Atleast that has been my experience.

Just plain rude, called and they were rude and blunt, and the lady hung up the phone...such a joke if you treat people like that in their position

The office staff is largely unhelpful and always has an attitude. They don t care to explain anything to you and even when you come with literally hundreds of documents they will tell you that they can t help. Or that the right one isn t there. Also had one employee tell me that I need a document from the county clerk office but they are closed so you re not going to get any help on this. Most unhelpful people I ve encountered in this town

I would give them a zero, if that was a possible rating. The office was most unhelpful, somewhat flippant, and reminded me that I could file my complaint online.
