OTT - a fantastic company - Lisa - our go to person is brilliant, helpful, patient, amazing.. She has saved me many times - sorting out my mistakes, she explains things clearly, always sends a follow up email with instructions , she is so knowledgeable - there's nothing on Great Plains or accounting she doesn't know, I don't know what I would do without her! Thankyou Lisa for everything!! :):):) OTT is the company you need for software - always. Highly recommended
