I am not impressed. I take care of a lady who lives here and it's sad that a person needs to hire outside care when you live in a CARE HOME. The service is very slow, call light wait time is about a half hour... I would recommend in home care over this place.
My friend works there and every time I stop by to pick her up the resident's and staff are so kind and friendly.
My dad is very comfortable and enjoy being in this beautiful place over the past several years. We really appreciate and love the executive director and other staff for their excellent care of our dad. They provide wonderful daily and weekly events, cultural programs and other on-site activities for residents and families. Executive director is very nice and friendly encouraging everyone as well to provide an amazing environment for residents.
Our family will really recommend this amazing place to everyone who's looking for a safe and friendly place for their love ones.

I ve volunteered a couple of times here and every time has been amazing. All of the people were super friendly and I had a great time meeting everyone. Some of the greatest people you ll meet.

After visiting multiple assisted living facilities to find a quality home for my mother, I am extremely happy to have discovered Oswego Place. The Executive Director, Sales Manager, Registered Nurse, Activities Director, Office Manager and others have all worked to ensure my mother makes a successful transition from home to her new environment.
The Oswego Place management team has provided detailed information to caregivers so they can meet my mother s special needs. The Executive Director is approachable and dedicated to the well-being and success of each client. The Activity Director met with my mother and me to determine which activities might interest her and help her become a part of this vibrant community. The Sales Director and Office Manager have excellent communication skills and treat everyone with respect and dignity. When I had concerns about medication procedures, the RN met with me and patiently answered my questions.
Caregivers at Oswego Place are knowledgeable, organized and kind. They are open
to suggestions from family members, and dedicated to doing their best for each client.
The food in the dining room is well prepared and there are a variety of healthy choices on the daily menus. Staff greets each diner as a friend, and patiently answer
questions as they arise.
In summary, I believe my mother s transition to Oswego Place will exceed our family s expectations. I am grateful to the entire staff at Oswego Place for their commitment to providing a well-maintained, positive living environment for their residents.
Oswego place by Bonaventure assisted living community is one of my favorite places that I would suggest to anyone who is looking for a safe and friendly environment for their loved ones. I had a very good experience when I met the executive director, her staff and residents. Everybody was very nice, during my student project. I would like to thank and appreciate the help and support of the executive director and residents in completing my project.
I visited this facility last week. The staff greeted me warmly, the management team was engaged with the residents and the food was delicious...equal to a meal on our last cruise.
Great staff.wonderfull food and yes I recommend everyone to move in to this cute little community.
Oswego Place is one of the most warm and inviting places for Seniors that I have experienced. The staff not only takes excellent care of their seniors, but also puts a special effort toward the families of the residents.
Recently I attended a Christmas event where the staff came in on their own time and treated all of the people to a wonderful event. There was music and dancing and it was all very festive. The staff had spent time decorating and the dining room was beautiful.
I can give the staff here the highest praise and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one.
Great place , friendly staff, good food, good customer service. Every time I visit my Grandma i enjoy going to her home. She is happy living there. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for their love ones.

Had a great experience at Oswego Place. The staff there are very warm and friendly and the Director really seems to care about what my parent's needs were and not just about selling me something. They have lived there for about 6 months and I couldn't be happier.
My mother-in-law has been getting excellent care at Oswego Place for the past 4 years. She loves the three carefully prepared meals and the in-room service. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure her comfort. Also, they do an excellent job of dispensing her medication and making sure that she is on time for her doctor appointments. She has made many friends and is very happy with the overall Oswego Place experience.
My mother is a current resident at Oswego place and we are very pleased with all the services and the variety of activities. Mom enjoys the food and the friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one.
