What can I say, just an amazing place. Lovely lovely receptionist, Susan who is just so helpful and courteous. Fabulous rooms and knock out gym/leisure centre. Book in and just sit back and enjoy thoroughly

Very friendly and helpful staff, Lovely room but the bathroom needs TLC. No table or ashtray on the balcony so several butts strewn around.
Nice modern hotel, good breakfast, professionel staff. My room was pretty cold so I had to turn on heating which is much too loud.
It is a space where you can spend a moment in the sauna slowly and inexpensively, about 40 minutes by car from Dublin.
Hotel Room was large and bed very comfortable, bathroom large also.
Had dinner in the Restaurant,
Had scallops and cod both were excellent great variety of vegetables .

Nothing is wrong with this hotel. From breakfast to the spa. The atmosphere is that of a shopping center. The prices charged are not at all in relation to the standing of the place. It screams, we eat badly, the corridors are dirty and there is waste, the rooms are furnished with damaged furniture.
Pool is cold. Hydro therapy pool is cold, breakfast on the first morning was awful. The staff are really lovely though.

Spent last Saturday there on a works course lovely place hope to get back again some night to sample that lovely tall bar.
Beautiful hotel. Rooms are really lovely and spacious. Spa was nice however a bit lacking when it comes to overall experience. No access to pool from spa which was disappointing. Couldn't fault the staff all very nice and polite.
Bar was ok not a lot of atmosphere could do with some music.
Food was nice.
Lovely hotel, all social distancing rules respected, staff wearing masks and gloves. Can't highlight enough how friendly and good the staff were.

Maintainence is definitely an issue but overall hotel is quite good. Staff very pleasant and helpful but in my experience, let down by poor maintenance and outdated heating controls. Breakfast is excellent.
First time to stay at the Osprey and won't be my last! Room was fabulous, loved the freestanding bath! Fantastic deal with the Summer Spa Package. Definitely will be back! Lovely staff, everywhere we went!
We booked in for a one night stay ,staff extremely polite and helpful food was excellent and breakfast service was 100% will defo be coming back.

A beautiful hotel with great facilities.
Bar food was well cooked and presented and the pint was excellent. The atmosphere was relaced and cosy whilst maintaining a very impressive high quality feel.
Service was professional and one or two little issues were addressed and handled by management in a satisfactory and professional manner.
We attended a music event here and found the layout of the hotel such that this event did not interfere or impose upon other guests stay.
Recommended if you're in the area and are looking for a comfortable and quality place to dine and stay.

Had my parents 50th wedding anniversary here and had a great weekend, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic hotel.
My stay here wasn't very enjoyable. We booked into dinner and when we arrived there was only another table in the restaurant dinning and it took us nearly 2.5 hours to have a 3 course meal in an empty restaurant. We were left sitting with dirty plates in front of us longer than acceptable. This wouldn't be much of an issue if the restaurant was busy but it wasn't. Also we asked for details of what's in the desserts and the waitress gave vague details. When the desserts came out there was strawberries on mine (which she never mentioned) when I told her I'm allergic to strawberries can I get another dessert as she never told me there was strawberries in it, she rolled her eyes grabbed the desserts and walked away. I was really unimpressed by this as I used to work in the service industry and her attuide was out of line. The next day we were booked in for spa treatments, we left sitting outside the spa while the staff all eventually showed up, leaving us 15 minutes late for our treatments. The spa treatments in general were very nice but the spa was a little run down. I spoke of these issues on check out and the staff apologized and were nice about it however I wouldn't be tempted to stay here again.
We loved the hotel, rooms spacious and clean. We had a nice room with a balcony and evening sun, my Mothers room had the morning sun. It was nice weather. We were a bit disappointed with the evening meal, at 6:30 we could only get bar food which was ok but the dining room would have had more choice. The breakfast was ok but disappointed with the choice of breads, just sliced pan or dried up white loaf. Didn't try the leisure centre this time but hope Ill come back and use it again.
Had the most amazing morning / afternoon in the osprey for a half day heaven spa package.... Can't wait to revisit the new look spa

Lovely experience every time.... staff go above and beyond to help and facilitate. Reception are so welcoming. Food is very nice, rooms are exceptional quality always clean and beautiful. Spa staff are so lovely , I had the pleasure of meeting Kim on my last 2 visits and she couldn't have been nicer. Every aspect of my visit was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Spent a night here, lovely hotel, but the staff are the gems - very helpful. We had a family room, it was spotless clean, beds were very comfortable, space is great, we had a balcony too. The breakfast was nice - a great selection and all fresh. The warm waffles went down a treat with the little ones. We came back from a day of shopping to find a couple of treat boxes for the children, left in our room. It's the little things that make it stand out. The complimentary Rituals toiletries didn't go unnoticed too. The only down point would be the car park, it's a little odd to say the least, a lot of wasted spaces because of where the pillars are situated, and it's a bit tight, so getting into car seats would be a bit of a pain - but again, complimentary, so can't complain too much :) Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the family rooms.

The luxury suite we booked didn't have the Nespresso machine or prosecco snipes/treats advertised while the bath had some permanent orange staining. Disappointing quality of steak in the restaurant and breakfast service seemed chaotic with 5 of us waiting 5-10 minutes for glasses and plates. A lot of foods were replaced very slowly and there was no eggs available.
Clean and comfortable area. Great for meeting clients. Coffee was mediocre.

Not worth the price. I'd say it was a great place "in its day" but has gone down hill. Not very clean and food is over priced
Nice venue but the bar service ( or rather lack of) always let's this place down. I've been at 2 events in the past year and both times, at each bar there was only one bar man. Getting served took ages and on one occasion when the bar did not have any of the drink I required the bar man suggested I go downstairs to the other bar, because he was unable to leave his post as he not allowed.
I spend time in The Osprey Hotel almost every day. I just love everything about it.
great spot for families, lovely swimming pool and great location. Fifth time staying at the hotel and would highly recommend it.
Usual great welcome on arrival, good quality rooms, although I paid a lot for what turned out to be a small executive room when I was expecting more. Bar staff very good, choice of drinks excellent.
Breakfast is great, if service a little slow.
Overall another very very good stay at The Osprey!

The staff and accommodation were very good, especially Ahmed at the reception who was very helpful. Only disappointment was my my coat disappeared the hotel bar, and it couldn't be found when I went to the bathroom, apart from that the hotel was fine. The carvery in the bar did not look very appealing so we had a sandwich which was nice. The rooms were fine but we were located above the waterfall which was very noisy in the morning
Absolutely beautiful hotel. A short taxi ride away from the main town.
Rediculous time waiting for breakfast and the fried egg was like just a yock and dinner was even worse the room's are excellent very comfortable beds pitty about the dining side of the hotel.
