Statler Bar & Waldof Lounge : Lunch in Bar was by way of carvery with both hot & cold dishes on offer. Hot dishes covered the staples of meat with veg & potatoes. Good choices available. Cold consisted of cold meat, salads and rolls/sandwiches of your choice made while you wait. Overall lunch offering was good. food was excellent , sandwiches were handmade in front of you with plenty of filling. Yes i would go back there.

Great food and drink. The gym and spa are lovlery and a really nice swimming pool

Great service by the staff, great rooms, always sleep like a log, the gym is fantastic, the breakfast is fantastic, I love staying here!

First time staying here. Hotel itself is lovely but thought there would be more done in relation to covid 19. Hand sanitizer scarce. None at or inside lifts where several people will be touching the same buttons all day long. Room was not cleaned during our stay. No change of towels. Our dishes for room service weren't removed and there was dirty dishes outside both rooms on either side of us for the entire day. I had to phone reception to see if someone could come up to take them from the corridor. Took a bath but also had to clean that out before I used it as marks and dirt inside the bath made it evident that a deep clean had not taken place before arrival. Staff in bar extremely friendly and although all seemed busy nothing was a problem and food was lovely. Enjoyed the stay but would suggest more be done in regards to the virus with hand sanitizers and cleaning.

Myself and my family had an afternoon tea at the osprey hotel in naas recently. The food , the staff and the hotel were all 5 star. We will definitely be back . Sharon Jane Jacqueline Amanda and little lady Sadie

I stayed here on the 7th of September along with three friends. None of us were satisfied with our stay, for example the staff we dealt with throughout were nothing but rude, they did not explain anything with regards to our stay such as what time our breakfast started and we did not find the pool area very nice initially we were told there was a heated Jacuzzi but when we went to the pool it was no where to be found, only a hydro pool that was absolutely freezing. the reception staff at the spa were very intimidating and it made one of my friends feel very uncomfortable. The next morning when we were waiting to go for breakfast we were waiting at least 20 minutes on a table with others who were in the que behind us which were seated before us. When we got our seats eventually there was no breakfast left. Would not recommend this place to anyone, apart from the rooms.. they were the only good thing about this hotel.

Had lunch at the osprey hotel today and the food was fantastic. The foid was very well cooked great flavour and super service from terry the cheif he could not of been more helpful and pleasant. Thanks terry the fokd was lovely .
I highly recommend visiting the osprey for lunch.
The waiting staff were equally as friendly a d helpfull.

Room was very large with a lot of unusable space, with poor lighting and extremely cold. The construction work which commenced at 7 AM didn't help matters.
Service in the bar and restaurant was disorganised and slow. The food was only adequate with the exception of the breakfast buffet which was excellent.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
would we stay there again? No

Wonderful staff with initiative. Evening meal very good. Leisure centre not easily accessible.

Decided to treat ourselves to a spa treatment in the Osprey today. Sara and Noleuthla were so friendly, professional and good at their jobs. I felt like I could have fallen asleep it was so relaxing. With the COVID 19 restrictions we felt all of the necessary precautions were taken and were made to feel at ease. I would recommend to all Naas locals to support local and treat yourself at the same time.

Would not go there again my first and last time some of the staff are so rude

Check In and check Out were fast and efficient. Rooms were large and airy. Staff at breakfast were very helpful, however the buffet was cold. Very convenient location, walking distance from town.

couldn t recommend this hotel for a party as our experience was far from positive. We had bar staff who didn t know what they were doing and security staff who put us all on edge throughout the evening. The function room is upstairs but if you wanted a cocktail and they advertise an extensive cocktail menu, so most of the party guests wanted cocktails, then you had to go down stairs to get one. 10 and up to a half hour waiting later, you could return to the party. My daughter missed her brother cutting his cake while she waited for the downstairs bar staff to make her a cocktail. The bar staff upstairs was the mist incompetent any of us had ever come across. The security staff were rude more than once and the promised service in the bar downstairs after the party ended, never materialized.

I did bring these issues to the attention of the Deputy General Manager the next day. He promised to look into it and get back to me. I m still waiting to hear from him over two weeks later. He did apologize but that was little comfort to my son.

If you want a hassle free party with competent bar staff, avoid the Osprey because you are unlikely to get that. Definitely avoid, if it is the same night as a wedding. We felt that we got ignored for most of the evening as the priority was the wedding.

We stayed in the hotel and our room was lovely and breakfast was ok. Leisure Centre ok as well though the steam room was out of order. Hotel staff all very nice and helpful but some serious retraining and rethinking needs to be done on how they manage and treat parties.

Good hotel but found the design a bit confusing navigating around the corridor.

This hotel is very stunning! The bathrooms were massive, some of the furnishings could do with a bit of an update and the breakfast was okay but not enough staff and the coffee machine wasn't working

Went for lunch in the bar. No staff on the floor. Had to get up and find the bar menu's as nobody came to table. After about 20mins a staff member came and took order. Once the food was ordered, it was quick to come out. Food was ok. Ordered a non alcoholic Heineken, floor staff arrived with a non alcoholic Paulaner already capped and told me it was the same price. Never asked if it was an ok substitute. Requested another for the meal, drink never arrived. Ordered Americano after meal, coffee didn't taste great. Poor experience, I don't recommend. Plenty of nicer establishments in Naas to frequent.

Rooms were great and spacious, good room rate and very friendly staff. Food is of an average quality however the price is high

Excellent and accommodating reception staff. Clean, comfortable rooms and a great spa. Buffet breakfast was good but it took a long time to replenish some depleted items .

Food was nice pint not too expensive but 8 for a glass of wine is little steep to be honest.

The beds aren't great but the hotel itself is spotless !

I paid for slippers and robes and arrived to the room and their was none. I went to reception and they advised they had none left after charging me for them. We pre ordered breakfast for room service between 9.30am-10.00am it never arrived. After going down to reception and requesting it again it arrived at 10.45
am however our treatments were at 11am which made us late. Also their was food stains on the bed which looked like pizza.

We had spa treatments today, they were lovely but way too expensive for what we got done. Not worth the money. We went to the bar and had food and drinks, it was lovely.

Lovely hotel with attentive staff. The in hotel restaurant is fantastic also. On the negative side the general room cleanliness was not to standard. Carpets sticky in some places and some rubbish under furniture etc

I had the best stay here the hotel is one of the best I have stayed in and for the staff when I say there was nothing they could do for you they were all brilliant the pool area was good the on the only thing they need you to give Bigger towels to cover the bigger guests the breakfast has it all and when I ask for fried eggs they came out the way I ask sunny side up so to rap if up stay was 1 of the best

Beautiful hotel. Stunning rooms. The room we had was huge. The location is good leaving you within walking distance to anything you need in Naas town. Beautiful water features too

Did not stay in the hotel.. But the gym is not too bad.. Overcrowded though.. Could be more spacious and better looked after..

Couldn't fault it, lovely surrounds, great food, friendly staff.

Attended this hotel about a year ago, have to admit didn't have a great visit however it was dealth with efficiently by the general manager to whom offered me and my partner a night again...now that's fantastic customer service, a manager who is extremely confident in her staff to know it must have been a littl scuff up the first time, and who put trust in her staff to rectify the issues my second visit was so fantastic we ended up booking a second night, the new spa is outstanding and we will 100% be back.

Fabulous - will be staying there again. Room was fantastic and the staff were so nice and helpful.ade my staff so much better. Room was well decorated and clean. TV could do with updating but all in all couldn't ask for more really. Breakfast was also top drawer!!!

Not worth the money; 4* but felt like 2* . Rooms aren't sound proof; high charge for room service.

Lovely hotel, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. All the Social distancing stuff is done very well and we had a lovely few days here

Fantastic service and food and staff are very helpful and very energetic.

The Osprey is a great option for a hotel stay in Naas. The rooms are modem and well equipped. The food is good especially the Mash restaurant. There is a very good bar split over 2 levels and there is normally a good atmosphere here. In summertime the bar extends out into the courtyard and garden. There is a good sized ballroom for events and functions. In addition there is an underground car park. Finally there is also a business centre and pool and spa.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful great friendly staff fab bathroom and facilities .. on the night of my stay the fire alarm went off at 530 and I couldn t get back asleep which was very frustrating

It is a great hotel to stay in. The staff are polite and rooms are clean and spacous.

Fantastic new restaurant Herald & Devoy well worth a look! Try their traditional fish and chips... yummy !

Room was amazing! Large bed, plenty of open space in the room, all the amenities you could need. The bathroom was extremely beautiful, spacious and warm and exactly the kind of place to pamper yourself.
The staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful.
Will definitely be back.

Booked for lunch, received a phone call this morning to confirm booking and when we arrived my name wasn't on the list. Food was nice but one of the servers kept touching her mask & never sanitised her hands. Too many people walking around without wearing masks & they wonder why places are put on strict lockdown.
