I can say that they handled my mother the best way ... I take a star for an oss that was asking my mother to get up from the bed to the bed without knowing that she had a micro coccyx fracture, cerebral bleeding, bruises anywhere if there is not I was falling ....

My son was visited in the pediatric cardiology department. Excellent service: very helpful doctors and nurses as well as trained. The child was immediately visited, a really minimal waiting that he spent playing with the numerous games arranged in the corridor. Structure in general new and clean, inside there are also shops, bank and pharmacy. Car parks (for a fee) well organized and arranged around the entire perimeter. It's easy to find your way around, although the structure is really huge.

I took my son to Ps because he had swallowed a plastic ball. We arrived at 20 and assigned to the general Ps. I asked the triage nurse about why they did not send us to the pediatric ps who replied, rudely, that the protocol for these situations provides access to the general ps. We are called at 10.30 pm, just to be sent ... to the pediatric ps. I wish I could choke the nurse! We went out at 1.30 and one wonders if it is normal to keep a 4-year-old boy 5 and a half hours in the hospital, not to mention that, on every corner, in the corridors, there were people on a stretcher practically abandoned to themselves. It looked like the "Cardarelli" of Naples, but this hospital is even considered a center of excellence! The only positive note is the pediatric ps staff: courteous and helpful.

I was admitted for angioplasty on September 24, 2018 from the Sicily region. I found the staff, everything from doctors, nurses and others, as well as human also highly highly professional. I was treated like I was their close relative, apart from the organization that I think of another galaxy than I have experienced in Sicily. My sincere thanks go to all the staff of Pope John.

I visited this hospital as my aunt's escort and I followed her to the visits, the first eye examination where Dr. L.R. she violently slammed her head and slammed it against the ophthalmoscope and the second when I took her twice to the pulmonologist L.N. who replied badly several times and raised his voice..that rude, rude and cruel staff towards the sick! luckily in my ward (multiple sclerosis) always at Papa Gio hospital they are all kind and caring with patients ..

I am appalled at the lack of willingness to take care of the patients of the emergency department staff .... My husband was rushed by ambulance after being hit. Let's say that luck was kind to him because he didn't suffer serious injuries, but he still had a head and facial trauma and several other problems that, however, were not taken into consideration. I swabbed the wounds with the kleenex I had in my bag, not even a Garzina they gave him. Radiology technicians who are annoyed with having to do an extra x-ray ..... They have done it so professionally that they didn't notice a shoulder fracture. Discharged without even having kept the ice or having used a bandage, after three days of useless painkillers we turn elsewhere and voila: subluxation of the jaw, fracture mentioned above, dislocation of the thumb and deposit of suspected liquid in the thoracic area. Ah, icing on the cake, at the discharge they had indicated a 3-day prognosis, not even a cold ........ I let you judge!

I would like to thank the staff who crossed between the night shift and that of the morning in the emergency room on February 16th, if today I am here to write this it is thanks to the first analysis and care given by them. In the five hours that have passed between various tests that I did, the diagnosis and the first care given while being observed before being taken to the ward I could see with my own eyes how they assist patients and how they mobilize to be able to hospitalize them, to whomever serves, as quickly as possible .... On 4 August I went to the emergency room at 12.40 (since it had happened to me in the morning at work and it was the 2nd time in a week) for a haemorrhage in 1 eye, the ophthalmologist had already finished the shift and therefore I am I was invited to come back the next day that is Sunday 5th ... I state that I am not a person who goes to hospitals for nothing, but since I would have left on the 6th I wanted to be quiet ... however I found a rude and unpleasant doctor. . first he treated the nurse badly and then me. He wrote me the treatment and he also made a mistake since Sunday I started only yesterday 9 with the treatment because a pharmacist the umpteenth, she realized that she had written the wrong name of the pills to do a job like this it takes dedication if the lady annoys working on Sundays, she should go and work as a worker. I work in a supermarket and on Sundays we work all day and we don't have to deal with people's health, yet we don't do that.

Cup fast and satisfying room in day hospital excellent reception, optimal instrumental exams.

Very bad report collection service: October 23, 12.15 pm, only one door used for delivery reports (desk 3); the operator has processed 6 numbers in 40 minutes. To get to my number it took 1 hour and a half. Unbelievable and above all unacceptable considering that, after paying a not inconsiderable ticket (although the exam was in agreement with the national health service), for the withdrawal of reports a person must lose 1 hour and a half of work to be able to pick up a report. Obviously it is not possible to collect reports outside the usual working hours because the desks deliver by 4.30pm.

Excellent professional experience we return here once a year to the liver transplant center for my son and also in the pediatric clinics all very kind. The only flaw of this hospital is the cost of parking 1.30 per hour is expensive, should make a fee for those who know to spend the day in the hospital. Hematology department excellent kindness and impeccable availability

It is now 3 years since I went to Sicily from Pope John XXIII at the Cardiac Surgery Department. Now since I had the visit booked for these days. Through the CUP I have presented other specialist visits I must state that the structure makes use of MEDICI SUPER PREPARED. As well as nursing staff at the height of their role.

It is an excellent hospital in every sense and in all its departments

Expectations for visits are endless. Unlike the other hospitals, they do not give priority to pregnant women (both for the totem of reservations and for visits).

A tip: take blood and urine tests at the Gavazzeni hospital in Bergamo ..... they are very fast.

For the birth I recommend the poliambulanza of Brescia.

The waiting time in the emergency room is nothing short of shameful! On March 16th I arrived at 1.30 am and I always left with the problem that I went to the hospital at 12.30. Today March 18, same exact situation and same health problem. I arrived at 11.14, it's 5.43pm ... and I'm still in the waiting room !!!! Missing the staff !!!!! Shameful!!!!

As far as I'm concerned, the hematology department may be that I don't like the doctor who took care of me very much, but it doesn't seem as good as pediatrics was.
The food they offer to patients in the wards is not that bad indeed it is one of the few hospitals where they give you raw ham ahahahahaha

Honestly, I expected a lot more empathy since I am in my first pregnancy and the morphology made me live it as a distressing experience rather than a joyful one. My husband did not let him in (anti-covid measures which, however, in other hospitals they do not adopt so drastically and the fathers let them attend). Serious doctor, on her own, who also answered me badly, who did not squash a word throughout the ultrasound, telling me in the end "yes, everything is ok, the baby is fine". During the exam he did not open his mouth and did not even explain to me what I was watching on the screen at that moment. Today a friend of mine did the morphology at the San Pietro polyclinic and, moreover, they let her partner in, they treated her with kindness and empathy, explaining the whole exam to her well. Making her see the baby well. something that the doctor who visited me did not have. I went out and started crying. I only say this. Next time I will ask not to be visited by her.

Excellent hospital, both for modern and welcoming facilities, both for the medical staff, experts but also with great humanity and kindness, helping to face difficult situations from all points of view. I have to thank doctors and nurses for first aid, pediatric intensive care, and plastic surgery.

Poor oncology clinics besides the fact that they do not answer the phone and I am always over one hour late on appointments every time during the visit I have to tell the doctor what to prescribe because they have no idea who the patient is and his portfolio despite now we go every 6 months for 5 years. Crazy

At 4 pm I accompany my boyfriend to the PS with reports in hand, which indicate a pleurisy. we say that he obliged the general practitioner (being a Friday he did not want to postpone). They give him the green cod.
At 1:30 they call him to try the pressure, they realize the gravity of the situation and magically check the yellow button. I got very angry and got away from the PS.

Beautiful hospital, very recent and equipped, but sometimes long waits

Blood samples: errors on bureaucratic errors, lack of communication between the staff, a waiting room for children which is also for adults, some employees are very rude. Fortunately, the nurses on the collection are very good and competent and must also solve the problems created by the colleagues at the counters.

If two different cups are specified at the entrance, writing what visits can be taken at the central cup and which ones cannot be taken. At least one person is organized, and not throw away your time and money in the parking lot. Then they tell you to call the hotline, I can not call at work and stand waiting for them to answer, because even if you call you do not respond. New and comfortable structure. Advanced services and a very complete range of cares enrich the offer of this non academic hospital, run by the public service. My kid has born here and everything went very smooth thanks also to the staff. Very clean, I loved this detail. Pharmacy, shops and restaurants available for the siblings of the patients.

I refer to the CUP for paid reservations are uneducated and arrogant (at least two people with whom I spoke) and if they are told that they are paid to do this work and therefore have to be courteous to break off communication. I would tell them that there are people who would pay to have a place like this and a little courtesy can not hurt.

The only complaint concerns the administrative side, the inability to pay CUP with credit cards makes this structure a provincial structure. Among other things it should be mandatory by law.

07/12 After the second time I come to Ps for the same pains as a month ago (appendix) and high fever after 16 hours they decide to hospitalize me! Today after 3 days they have not yet operated on me, telling me that there are other urgent operations before me and when they succeed, they put me in a ... But keeping me on an absolute fast for 2 days !! I will die before thirst and hunger! After 5 days of fasting ... they release me because they only have an open operating room and obviously only the urgencies go on telling me that they will call me to do an as soon as possible to do a scheduled operation. I'm still waiting! After 3 days I called the hospital in Romano di Lombardia who entered the hospital on Saturday morning and was discharged on Wednesday! Congratulations Pope John!
