Very bad report collection service: October 23, 12...

Very bad report collection service: October 23, 12.15 pm, only one door used for delivery reports (desk 3); the operator has processed 6 numbers in 40 minutes. To get to my number it took 1 hour and a half. Unbelievable and above all unacceptable considering that, after paying a not inconsiderable ticket (although the exam was in agreement with the national health service), for the withdrawal of reports a person must lose 1 hour and a half of work to be able to pick up a report. Obviously it is not possible to collect reports outside the usual working hours because the desks deliver by 4.30pm.
