For my problems I did not find competence or kindness, with the covid I could not go to the hospital where I am currently being treated, after various thoughts and second thoughts they managed to give me a pack of my life-saving drugs, luck wanted me to meet that the only right person, otherwise I wouldn't have had them.

For a simple post-operative check in orthopedics at 9:35 am, they ask me to be at the reception half an hour earlier.
Conclusion:
- in line to park, already at 8:45 there are no more places for the car, I am forced to park at 1km in a inhabited area.
- made acceptance at 9 am, they call me for the visit at 10:45.
- 20-minute visit, 17 minutes of which in the surgery alone, the remaining 3 with the surgeon and nurse who literally only looked at me and even removed the patches to see the wound and the points.

A whole morning to wait, between non-existent parking and visits with an exaggerated delay, for a "check" so much for .....?
I have no words.

State-of-the-art facility is well organized. Parking too expensive. Unfortunately or fortunately the difference is made by the people who work there, I found doctors and nursing staff polite and professionally very good and others who are annoyed only if you ask them a question. In some surgeries, they do not take into account that a person cannot spend the day there ...

Good morning. I have always had a great time and I have been a patient of this hospital for years. The only flaw is the resignation pharmacy and especially today. Until almost a year ago they were fast and very good. They have been very, very slow for almost a year. Then today the two ladies at the counter were very rude and rude to patients. There was a patient with the mask, the cane and a covered eye who took the nr. They called her and she was walking to the counter but not with the speed of a normal person, who is fine. The girl came out and picked her up in front of everyone because she wasn't fast and if she didn't get to the counter immediately she would cancel her number and send her to the back of the queue. This he did a bit with everyone. The other delivery lady also had the same attitude.
Most of the patients are elderly, maybe someone for the first time too. They can't be treated like that, that's not fair. If they don't want to work, they change jobs and go ...
I asked her for a band-aid because I had a vaccine and the cotton fell off, and you tell me we don't sell patches, I told her I know but I asked her if maybe they had one like this, since we are in a hospital and even more so in a Pharmacy...
But okay it's not due so I don't mind, but at least answer in a polite and courteous way.
Thank you

I was with my child in pediatrics for one night. Apart from the place where we have been that is not pleasant for anyone ... we had a great time. Excellent doctors and excellent nurses. However, I hope not to go back there again

You give the 5 stars to a hospital because you came in badly and left safely as new
This implies that the professionalism and preparation of nurses, doctors and primary care workers is of a high standard and so it was
New and clean structure, rooms with maximum two beds, in short, everything is fine

I've only been there once for my daughter and I can only say I was fine.
From my point of view it is a nice hospital, very large but divided into towers that make it easier to understand where to go and also to better manage people.
Nice children's area and friendly and courteous service.
The information service was also very helpful and efficient.

For the bad and long experience that I lived, I was about to lose all trust and hope for the solution of my problem ...
Then, addressed by a surgeon, I met Dr. Enrico Robotti, head of the plastic surgery department.
With Dr. Robotti I have regained confidence and hope.
Confidence that well repaid me with the outcome of his intervention carried out on April 20 and the excellent treatment I had in his department in the pre and post operative stages.
I warmly thank him and his staff.
On this occasion my gratitude also goes to Dr. Walter Sonzogni, the primary anesthesiologist for his extraordinary availability.

I've been to you in the emergency room.

I've been to you in the emergency room.
From about 9.00 that I have arrived so far (16.38 to be precise) and not having called me yet. I'm not the only one I'm here waiting but there are just as many people.
Reorganization because if ambulances arrive, rightly first the more serious codes and then the less serious ones but in doing so you clog up the emergency room for those who come by car and after hours of waiting the patient gets tired and goes!
In my opinion it takes a doctor for each department ...
I hope this review helps you well!
Thank you and goodbye

I'd like to know who the team that designed and structured the SolariQ App is made up of.
Personally I think it is a mass of people who are unable to understand the needs of the majority of the population. Surely they are part of that group that does not know what customers are, that group that identifies customers as "users" and no ability to understand the needs of ordinary people (normal people)
In addition to the difficulties of the program, we speak with incomprehensible acronyms such as PIN Gass c.r.s. (?????).But
it is possible that we cannot identify ourselves with the needs of the public! The writer is an old person but quite experienced in the use of programs and apps!

Arrival at the PS. at 14.30 in the waiting room ab...

Arrival at the PS. at 14.30 in the waiting room about 30 people. To the nurse I say that since Saturday morning I have severe dizziness and nausea from having to help my wife to move me, immediately I feel the blood pressure and saturation and she only tells me WAIT IN ROOM D WAITING. In the passing of the hours I know two people with two different stories one arrived in PS with very high blood pressure 180-110 eye pain and neck pain, the other with a rather noticeable loss of blood occurred at home and a sense of general tiredness It is 00.30 on Sunday and ............ I am still waiting for them to call me, after TEN HOURS tired disappointed and angry I ask the nurse how many people are in front of me, answer ELEVEN PEOPLE justifying that the PS the most serious cases enter first (rightly) calculating the timing seen and considering that from 20.30 to 12.30 two patients called making two accounts you had to wait around (I AM NOT COURAGE TO THINK) with my vertigo my wife and I go out and we go home. The two gentlemen who arrived at 4 pm remain impotent and ARRABBIATI too, waiting for their turn. I used the term angry because I'm a polite person. But I ask you IT IS NORMAL TO WAIT FROM 10 TO 16 HOURS - IT IS NOT THAT THERE IS A LACK OF PERSONNEL AT THE HOSPITAL POPE GIOVANNI XXII TO SAVE MONEY ON THE MONEY THAT MUST ALWAYS GIVE TO THE MAINTENANCE WORK OF THE TYPE OF WATER ENTERING THE REFURBISHMENT ROOF FLOORS, ETC. OF A HOSPITAL BUILT ONLY TWO YEARS AGO? HEALTHY SPEECH IS TALKED IN THE SOUTH BUT IN THE NORTH IT DOES NOT SEEM THAT IT IS BETTER

I would like to publicly thank all the medical and nursing staff of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of Prof. Danesi, who accompanied me with great patience and professionalism to a non-trivial intervention of the eighth cranial nerve neuroma. This professionalism has allowed the complete removal of the tumor without creating collateral damage (minimal but still present as a risk) to the facial nerve or to other neurological implications. Even the hospitalization has always been relieved by a continuous very professional presence of all the staff of the department, making it comfortable. I advise anyone who is diagnosed with a problem like mine to turn to that facility.

I put a star because I had to, otherwise I wouldn't have assigned it either !!! My review is aimed in particular at a urologist: an arrogant, rude person and not at all human !!! I wonder how some doctors can play their role with these characteristics. Bad experience: not even veterinarians treat the animals they are treating in this way !!

I would like to report the malfunction of the withdrawal center and in particular the pre-acceptance service. I have always come to this hospital (I gave birth here, ophthalmology, gynecology, etc.) because the service has always seemed to me of quality. But unfortunately this time I have to report the bad organization of the sampling center, in particular the pre-acceptance service. While before the service after 11 that begins the pre-acceptance was done very easily, today I found myself in the midst of delirium. I entered at 11.20, I have at the ticket that already reported 40 people in the queue. I sat down to wait, only two counters working and two others calling to another different letter, the rest either closed or the employees were doing something else (the queue didn't run anymore). I was able to make the reception at 12.25, and afterwards I not only had to wait an hour in the queue, but I had to wait for another 20 people in front of me for the reception of the nurses. This is unacceptable! If you assume that one does the pre-acceptance to facilitate the time of the exam day, but frankly it is shameful! They also removed the Saturday morning service. I do not understand the circumstances for which there were only two branches open for a queue of 40 people just for acceptance, but surely it is a lack of organization at the administrative level, or they all go out for lunch together or have cut people. I sincerely doubt very much to advise someone on the collection center of the Pope John XXIII Hospital, I was upset, it was a beautiful hospital with very competent people. I don't know what to think anymore, certainly the last time I come back here.

Infectious ward ultra trained staff. Doctors prepared, available and readily easy to interview. Very well trained, ultra patient, always present nursing staff attentive to any request. As well as everything but just the rest of the people who rotate in the department, from the hotel to the cleaning. They are really friendly and kind.

Absurd! On 11/26/17, at about 5 pm, my husband is accepted in yellow code in the emergency room for a fall that causes him to fracture his right wrist, detachment of the biceps tendon in his left arm, right renal fascia hematoma. Stay on the PS stretcher until about 9 pm on Monday 11/27/17. At that time he was discharged with these discharge recommendations: "the patient cannot be hospitalized due to lack of beds and as there are no beds also in the other felt structures (Gavazzeni, Seriate, Alzano Lombardo, Ponte SP) the patient made an effort to contact a trusted orthopedic surgeon ". Translating: we were forced to look for a solution, CLEARLY PRIVATELY, because the alternative proposed by the hospital was to wait, WITHOUT ANY PRECISE DATE, for their call for hospitalization and surgery. I never expected that certain things could happen in a hospital considered of excellence as the HPG 23!

Hospitalized my father-in-law in the infectious department who died after 13 days, excellence in the friendliness of all the staff, the last 2 days when the situation worsened, they placed in a single room where we were allowed (all the children and relatives) to be near him in the last hours. Professionalism in every area.

I went to the CUP to book an analysis of the blood complement C5 and C6. The desk clerk didn't know what it was and asked for help from a doctor. This screamed that it was not a blood test, but that you had to take a sample from the spine !! But what staff work in this hospital?

Really disgusting. 7-month-old baby with head trauma due to a 4-hour wait for fall, I ask for the times and I am told the doctors are at lunch ... Sorry. ???? But how much shame and crap in front of a newborn in need of help.
After 5.30h of waiting I left the emergency room and went to another hospital. I am not exaggerating but between accepting the visit and leaving 25 minutes.
HUMAN staff.
It was really a shame.
Change jobs.

6 stars, if it were possible, for the Surgery 1 department of prof. Ansaloni and all his staff, doctors, nurses, etc., and for all the members of the Intensive Care Unit B for the excellent professionalism but, above all, humanity, availability and patience demonstrated from the first moment you took on the "load", the last night of May 4, the difficult situation my son was in. His recovery path is still long and he will still need you, but knowing he is in good hands reassures us. Thank you all

As far as I can report, SCANDALOUS emergency department, waited for INTERMINABLE: my father waited 16 (SIXTEENTH) hours, at night, without eating and sleeping, only to discover that he had a serious problem and take him to the emergency department. Shameful, on the verge of delinquency. Structure built and directed by incompetent and criminals.

Pediatric Surgery on 09/01/2019: farraginoso the booking procedure and first surgical visit; visit conducted by Dr. Minelli Luciano rudely, quickly, without any ability to deal with children. Our daughter and we treated without any humanity, in a hurry and in a gruff, as if we were a burden, more numbers to be pigeonholed in the statistics, without even a bit 'of sympathetic attention. It is true that it is nothing serious but a patient child with such detachment and absence of empathy can not be treated. The doctor will also be close to retirement, but that goes there! disgusted

my review is negative, just black shirt, my son hospitalized on Tuesday at 7 am, for a very urgent scheduled intervention, in urology.Medium not operated because they did not have time in his room with socks and everything. he saw nobody if not at 7 in the evening to say that they operated on him the next day. today we are on wednesday (the day after) same story they are unable to operate it, seen only one doctor who expresses his doubt about the type of surgery, if first the left or the right kidney, other doctors express the same doubt, to whom should i give confidence, there is no place in the operating room, or do they take time because they cannot decide? what rating should i give?

Great staff, extremely helpful and kind nurses. I dealt with the otorhinolaryngology department and the staff of Dr. Danesi. Professionalism and skill.
The only flaw is the high price of outdoor parking.
As far as I'm concerned, in the one time (and hopefully last :) that I was in the emergency room, I found attentive and scrupulous people.
We hope, despite everything, to come back as late as possible!

In particular the urology department; after waiting an eternity with my father, in his 80s with diabetes and advanced cancer; after I complained, the doctor did not even want to see the report of the oncologist colleague (who had requested a series of further tests) given the previous bladder cancer. I presented to the doctor all the medical records, not only was he unable to read the report relating to the histological examination, but, in a bad way, he kicked us out without even visiting him and the only thing he did was prescribe other tests. .. surely if he had been a dog he would have been treated better!

First aid must be avoided. The only hospital that uses the light green and dark green code so depending on the nurses who find acceptance you can find yourself in the situation that after four hours of waiting and three people in front with the change of the nurses new cases are evaluated all dark green and after 7 hours of waiting people in front of you are 25 with a prospect of endless waiting at that the only solution is to give up the care and try the next day with the nurse on duty that the refusal of the only comment cures that can express it is thanks and good evening without even asking why the choice of an abandoned person with no prospect of being visited after 7 hours of fever. Never again!

Eye examination: doctor did not close the door, I remained all the time (shortly) standing next to a doctor who, without even looking at me, asked me what I had then he began to fill in demanding without explaining anything to me. Only at the end he spoke to me telling me that for my problem there they follow a certain procedure that made me see written on a sheet hanging on the wall. More than a specialist visit, I thought I was in any public office.

I'm sorry but it was up to me it could close! Nightmare obstetric emergency room. The first time I went for a pain in my side, despite being pregnant they made me a painkiller and sent it home. 4 days later OBVIOUSLY I come back in excruciating pain and vomiting all the time for colic and although at 6 am there was no one I was left for 6 hours before having an ultrasound. Nurse and unkind midwives. But once again a thousand infusions are then sent home. End of story I ended up in another hospital where they found a kidney problem and put me on antibiotics. I'm sorry but I don't recommend it to everyone.

No one can tell you when it will be taken into consideration .... together with her elderly, other young people and children. .. all waiting in this sort of infernal limbo where time seems blocked. ..and this is the RICCA BERGAMO DI BOSSI AND BANDA BASSOTTI. ..shame! !! shame for this ultra technological disgust where there is no staff and where perhaps you can die abandoned in a corner. .and speak evil of the south then. ..
