For my problems I did not find competence or kindness, with the covid I could not go to the hospital where I am currently being treated, after various thoughts and second thoughts they managed to give me a pack of my life-saving drugs, luck wanted me to meet that the only right person, otherwise I wouldn't have had them.

Absurd, for a withdrawal I have to download the app and for an ultrasound contact the number in Milan that tells me to contact osp.di Bergamo! then I ask to come in person to do it first, but they say no! so instead of streamlining things, they get complicated. Compliments!

New hospital but the structure is not very comfortable

For a simple post-operative check in orthopedics at 9:35 am, they ask me to be at the reception half an hour earlier.
Conclusion:
- in line to park, already at 8:45 there are no more places for the car, I am forced to park at 1km in a inhabited area.
- made acceptance at 9 am, they call me for the visit at 10:45.
- 20-minute visit, 17 minutes of which in the surgery alone, the remaining 3 with the surgeon and nurse who literally only looked at me and even removed the patches to see the wound and the points.

A whole morning to wait, between non-existent parking and visits with an exaggerated delay, for a "check" so much for .....?

Good morning. I have always had a great time and I have been a patient of this hospital for years. The only flaw is the resignation pharmacy and especially today. Until almost a year ago they were fast and very good. They have been very, very slow for almost a year. Then today the two ladies at the counter were very rude and rude to patients. I would like to publicly thank all the medical and nursing staff of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of Prof. Danesi, who accompanied me with great patience and professionalism to a non-trivial intervention of the eighth cranial nerve neuroma. This professionalism has allowed the complete removal of the tumor without creating collateral damage (minimal but still present as a risk) to the facial nerve or to other neurological implications. Even the hospitalization has always been relieved by a continuous very professional presence of all the staff of the department, making it comfortable. I advise anyone who is diagnosed with a problem like mine to turn to that facility.

I would like to report the malfunction of the withdrawal center and in particular the pre-acceptance service. I have always come to this hospital (I gave birth here, ophthalmology, gynecology, etc.) because the service has always seemed to me of quality. But unfortunately this time I have to report the bad organization of the sampling center, in particular the pre-acceptance service. While before the service after 11 that begins the pre-acceptance was done very easily, today I found myself in the midst of delirium. I entered at 11.20, I have at the ticket that already reported 40 people in the queue. I sat down to wait, only two counters working and two others calling to another different letter, the rest either closed or the employees were doing something else (the queue didn't run anymore). I was able to make the reception at 12.25, and afterwards I not only had to wait an hour in the queue, but I had to wait for another 20 people in front of me for the reception of the nurses. This is unacceptable! If you assume that one does the pre-acceptance to facilitate the time of the exam day, but frankly it is shameful! They also removed the Saturday morning service. I do not understand the circumstances for which there were only two branches open for a queue of 40 people just for acceptance, but surely it is a lack of organization at the administrative level, or they all go out for lunch together or have cut people. I sincerely doubt very much to advise someone on the collection center of the Pope John XXIII Hospital, I was upset, it was a beautiful hospital with very competent people. I underwent a successful orthopedic surgery and excellent care. I have a great memory

Infectious ward ultra trained staff. Doctors prepared, available and readily easy to interview. Very well trained, ultra patient, always present nursing staff attentive to any request. As well as everything but just the rest of the people who rotate in the department, from the hotel to the cleaning. They are really friendly and kind.

Mammographic screening performed on July 26th, today 08/10/19 call me for a suspected tumor and give me an appointment the day after tomorrow to deepen the analysis. AFTER 2 and a half months !!!! Unacceptable.

Absurd! On 11/26/17, at about 5 pm, my husband is accepted in yellow code in the emergency room for a fall that causes him to fracture his right wrist, detachment of the biceps tendon in his left arm, right renal fascia hematoma. Stay on the PS stretcher until about 9 pm on Monday 11/27/17. At that time he was discharged with these discharge recommendations: "the patient cannot be hospitalized due to lack of beds and as there are no beds also in the other felt structures (Gavazzeni, Seriate, Alzano Lombardo, Ponte SP) the patient made an effort to contact a trusted orthopedic surgeon ". Translating: we were forced to look for a solution, CLEARLY PRIVATELY, because the alternative proposed by the hospital was to wait, WITHOUT ANY PRECISE DATE, for their call for hospitalization and surgery. I never expected that certain things could happen in a hospital considered of excellence as the HPG 23!

Hospitalized my father-in-law in the infectious department who died after 13 days, excellence in the friendliness of all the staff, the last 2 days when the situation worsened, they placed in a single room where we were allowed (all the children and relatives) to be near him in the last hours. Professionalism in every area.

I went to the CUP to book an analysis of the blood complement C5 and C6. The desk clerk didn't know what it was and asked for help from a doctor. This screamed that it was not a blood test, but that you had to take a sample from the spine !! But what staff work in this hospital?

In particular the urology department; after waiting an eternity with my father, in his 80s with diabetes and advanced cancer; after I complained, the doctor did not even want to see the report of the oncologist colleague (who had requested a series of further tests) given the previous bladder cancer.
