After 2 hours of waiting in the emergency room and in anticipation of passing another 5 (at least), I returned home. I had gone to P.S. because of a sudden and disabling pain in my knee while I was driving. Being near the hospital I thought that maybe with a painkiller injection I could drive home. After asking in approximation the waiting hours to the triage nurse and exposed my inability to stay until late at night, I was told to have someone come for me. Since I had no one to turn to and having with me the overactive granddaughter who after more than 2 hours sitting complained of hunger (by now it was 21) I added that if an accident happened, given my difficulties in driving, I would be back in the ambulance, I heard the nurse respond with the joke "we do not come to pick you up". Brava Thank God, despite the pain and crying from the bad I managed to drive home.

I found myself really ill with the pediatric department doctors who never seemed to have ever worked with children.
Zero communication with the child's parents.
5 stars for the staff (not doctors) who was always friendly and also for the volunteers of the cloud who really love the children with whom they spend their time.
Food is not always the best and not always what you ordered the day before arrives.
If I can I will avoid it in the future.

I am a Chinese mom. Today I want to write about my bad hospital experience in the eye ward. First thank the doctor. She is very good and very kind. Then I also thank a nurse. Thank you so much. You are really racist! too rude! Nobody wants to come to the hospital, not even me. I wish you one day you will meet a nurse like you. Thanks

They kept me 4 days, with a leg of 71 cm, believing I had a thrombosis, they bombed me with painkillers, because it made me very badly, CAREFUL IN FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL BY NURSES.
10 STARS FOR NURSES.
But they quit me with a fever at 37.5, with a leg swollen 71 cm and I have not even done a CT scan on my knee.
Moral of the story, I went to an orthopedist, privately, made me do the CT scan: fracture and fossa tibial plate.
SHAME!
SHAME!
SHAME!

N.B
I thank the NURSERS in an EXTRAORDINARY manner, who have treated me with love, dedication and professionalism.

The doctors who saw me are sorry, they told me to get up and walk up.
Discharged with the leg in the conditions
shown in the photos.
What animals, hospital to close.

first aid, organized, average waiting time. I found cordiality competent. On the human side, I would say excellent. In critical situations, deepening the problem with targeted visits and checks. Trust in this structure.

Within the parking lot of the hospital at 8:30 am, I go out at about 3:10 pm and I have to pay 8,80 euros, ASSURDO, we are talking about a parking lot of a health resort and not an amusement park, plus if I went out at 11 pm: 00, the hospital closing time I would have spent around 18:00, even in the resorts do not reach that much, they have a daily limit that is usually 5, 10 euros. This is theft at the expense of people entering a public place because they need care. SHAME

The hospital is ok, but I want to waste two words for the person in charge of relations with the public, who should provide exact indications and instead made me turn like a top, claiming that I could not turn to them to request the PIN of my Services Card. When I mentioned that they told me to go there and even gave me the number, this gentleman in charge of public relations dismissed me complaining that they had addressed me there and that it was better for me to go back to to them. It's a word, considering that it takes half a day to be able to talk to someone. Moral of the story, after 4 DAYS I knew that through an app I could easily make an appointment right at the hospital and solve my problem. Crazy stuff. Change profession.

Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Department: 5 stars. Great care for the patient from both a medical and psychological point of view.
0-star call center: I can't book the check for my daughter from the region number or from the CRS website and they expect me to go in person to the CUP! Fortunately, the responsible, very kind, solved the problem in a minute.

The facility offers excellent medical assistance.

The facility offers excellent medical assistance.
In my opinion the parking is expensive 1.30 per hour, but with the new parking management there seems to be some facilitation for long stays.

Excellent hospital; we have already come several times for checks on our children, on the advice of our pediatrician, and we are really satisfied!
The common area forms a ring that surrounds the central body, from which you can access the various services of the hospital. It is modern, large, bright and comfortable!
The area of pediatric clinics is smaller but equally functional.
I must say that the aesthetic quality with which it is conceived considerably lightens the soul; it is something that is priceless in a place where worries and suffering are everyday reality.
The surgery area is instead an exclusively functional space, dedicated to patients, staff and maximum efficiency. Spotlessly clean and tidy.
The different doctors we have known have always made a good impression on us and have shown themselves to be very understanding and capable with our children.
I don't wish anyone to come here except out of necessity but just in case, this is a great place to get help.
