One of the city's best sports shops.
Here you will find mostly for mountain sports, climbing, running, cycling and skiing.
The best part is that the employees have usually used the equipment so that they know the advantages and disadvantages.

Did Rossignol C1 deliver cross-country skis with binding to Oslo Sportslager which they sent to a manufacturer in France? due to manufacturing defects. Have urged 4-5 times on this. But I still do not get an answer. So they have practically stolen skis from me.

Called Oslo Sportslager to arrange time for customized alpine boots, queued at the "automatic telephone exchange" for 70 minutes (from about 11:40 - 12:50, 02.12.2013) without getting through to the ski resort (and neither to some of the other departments).
It is possible that the Sports Store has good products and competent staff, but it does not help much if you do not get in touch with them.
Then AntonSport called CCVest, here they took the phone after 5 seconds!
Based on this experience, it is important that I reconsider Oslo Sportslager.

Impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone. Both online store and store. Tried for 20 minutes before I could talk to anyone in the clothing department and he couldn't help me check inventory and put me on the phone carousel again. Incredibly bad ... BUT ...

I was in the store for about 20min (on the 2nd floor), I counted 4 people working there, during all that time no one said hello or came to help me. They were not busy, and they looked at me a couple of times.
It was so upsetting because I was looking for a complete ski gear, so I cannot understand why, if I am willing to spend thousands, no one is helping me with my doubts.
Your team sucks. If I find what I bought in another store, I would surely return yours.

I have traded goods for as long as the Sports Store has been around since Eldar Hagen's time. I don't know how many hundreds of thousands I put into the store.
Today I come with a receipt and brand new bike shoes purchased at Sportslageret to change to a larger size. I am told that this is not possible as I do not have the box. (Leave it alone and put the shoes in my bag when I bought it). An incredible service !!!!

Really nice selection . Very accessible climbs in the bouldering areas. The lead areas are stunning too. Love the large and open area prior to entering the walls. There's TVs, you can have a tea or two and there's climbing stuff for sale too.

Short wait on the phone (called several times with different questions). Very nice people who answered well and clearly and gave good advice. I ended up going to try a bike here. There is a great organized queuing system during the day, and the service in the shop was top! And not least am I happy with the bike I was recommended and ended up buying!

Should buy hiking shoes and expect good guidance in this well-known and venerable sports shop. The experience was the opposite of my sky-high expectations for customer service, professional competence and hospitality. Had to fish for information about the shoes I had chosen, got short and sour answers back, the employee behaved as if I was bothering. Was happy with the shoes and considered buying the pair there and then, but after the poor customer service, I reconsidered the purchase immediately. Leaving 2000 kroner here did not feel right as the customer treatment is valued at NOK 0. Gives an extra star due to. good selection in store.

Has traded at Oslo sports warehouse on 3 occasions.

1: Year 2010 alpine package complete, satisfied 5 stars. Purchased in the webshop needed no customer care.

2: Year 2012 bike Hard Rocx, satisfied 5 stars. Contact with customer service who was top, also helpful with complaints on a rim.

3: Year 2020 all-round alpine skiing, satisfied with webshop and delivery. Unfortunately, there is a production error on one ski that I took good pictures of and wrote a detailed explanation on mail. Errors discovered before skiing started, so at least expected to get an answer to my inquiry, but no answer to get. Therefore, edited my rating of Oslo Sportslager from 5 to 3 stars.

Great products, but expensive prices and hopeless staff (of course, some skilled). Several times they have taken my phone number to check something for a product or to check for opportunities to buy a particular item - never been called. Several other times I have asked for help and got the impression that the staff was completely retarded.

I went to the Sports Store since I am a beginner to skiing and hope that high prices also meant good advice and good customer follow-up. That's not right. I was highly recommended to buy a package with a pair of ski shoes that would suit the beginner. They functioned badly on the tour, are completely silent and gave no support. On the web it says that they are suitable for competitive use. In addition, many queues come for help and to retrieve ordered goods, handwritten receipts that make it difficult to see what one has bought, and no one responds by email. I would rather advise people to read online and buy on the cheap chain, or use some of the other specialist retailers in town.

Worst service I've ever received at a sports store - I was there twice, once to check how much a gift card was worth, and the second time only because I had to spend it. Both times, it was hard to get the employees' attention, and they acted as if it was a huge drag to have to interact with customers. You have to take a queu slip to get help, which is fine, except none of the employers were willing to explain that to me the first time I was there.

Had my CUBE mountain bike serviced here recently and thanks for the excellent customer service. The bike service centre was a pleasure to deal with and the personnel are friendly and very helpful.

My experience in the sports store iteself was not as good though. Went in to buy a small component but was unable to find any sales staff to assist me and even had to find someone to take payment for the part eventually. I was not the only customer standing around waiting at the time.

Unable to answer phone, have tried to call at different times for a few days. Also did not receive replies to emails. Very frustrating, especially in corona times where you would like to keep your distance. The scheduling system is difficult to understand. Is it for workshop or help with purchase? Have been shopping a lot at Oslo Sportslager in recent years and have received super service at every visit! The staff at the various departments know their subject well, and are very helpful. I have on several occasions had to come back with goods that have not kept the expected standard, and I have always received new goods in return without further questions.

Have ordered me skis and bindings and received order confirmation on my order. Agreed that they should wait out the week to mount the bindings until I decide which shoes to wear. As I make contact to get the bindings fitted I am told that the last pair of skis have been sold !? These were skis that were on offer and now they are sold out and I stand there with bindings, sticks and all the equipment but now without skis !! There was no regret or compensation and few. They could offer me skis in a men's model instead, that's it. Very disappointing!

Bought new skis, was told that they needed a week to mount the bindings. When I came by to pick up the ski a week later they had forgotten to mount the bindings. Cool shop with many niches that are often inclined to give a good price, but they have little to gain from service. On several occasions, I have met with staff who seem to think it is appropriate that you come in the door for help. At other times, you meet really smart people who are passionate about helping and who can do the job.

Never ever again. There are more convenient places in Oslo for such a thing!! And it seems like they even wanted to have some fun reacting with "welcome to Norway"'. you guys are hilarious ahahah. It is rare to experience and be taken care of as a customer. Oslo Sportslager manages it in an excellent way. Bought a hammock I was not completely happy with, quickly they were on the field and sorted out. I could well and deservedly given the 6th star. Thank you very much for the quick and pleasant help.
