Called Oslo Sportslager to arrange time for customized alpine boots, queued at the "automatic telephone exchange" for 70 minutes (from about 11:40 - 12:50, 02.12.2013) without getting through to the ski resort (and neither to some of the other departments).
It is possible that the Sports Store has good products and competent staff, but it does not help much if you do not get in touch with them.
Then AntonSport called CCVest, here they took the phone after 5 seconds!
Based on this experience, it is important that I reconsider Oslo Sportslager.
