Impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone. Both online store and store. Tried for 20 minutes before I could talk to anyone in the clothing department and he couldn't help me check inventory and put me on the phone carousel again. Incredibly bad ... BUT ...
... for a great service experience when you come to the store. Lots of people in the store neighborhood before closing time. He who helped me was very nice and professional. He found the bike that was to be my son's birthday present and mounted it. He worked long hours after closing. And wasn't the only one.
