Unable to answer phone, have tried to call at different times for a few days. Also did not receive replies to emails. Very frustrating, especially in corona times where you would like to keep your distance. The scheduling system is difficult to understand. Is it for workshop or help with purchase? Without an answer to get on the phone you have to go for what the gut says and hope that they are _ extra_ nice when you show up.
