After other positive experiences at OAA, we went to Dr. Sorrento for a fractured heel. Dr. Sorrento's office runs like a well-oiled machine as he was on time...every time. Great to have digital imaging in the office to minimize hassle. Professional staff who care about the patient. Conservative treatment.
Dr sorento is nice enough but a man of very few words which it can be interpreted as unfriendly Waiting very long periods of time for 5 minute treatments which is a consistent occurrence. However i do feel that the treatment offered was effective would recommend it as a plan of care for plantar fasciitis.
From exam to diagnosis to speed in scheduling surgery, friendly and professional staff and positive results I would recommend this organization to anyone!

OAA has excellent customer service and very good surgeons The physical therapists are excellent as well If you break your arm I recoremmend Dr Batistia if you broke your foot I recoremmend Dr Soronto two excellent surgeons who have done two ORIFs on me and I give them two thumbs way up the physical therapy also gets two thumbs way up
Dr Batista is one of the best! He performed carpal tunnel surgery on both of my wrists over 10 years ago. The recovery was quick, and results are amazing. He has a wonderful bedside manner.

I was in for a 2 year checkup on my knee replacement. Dr. Pollice was friendly and prompt for the appointment. I was x-rayed and in for the appointment within 10 minutes. Dr. Pollice examined the x-rays, answered any questions I had and also indicated that should I have any problems with my knee to call immediately. The X-ray technician and staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

My son went to OAA last year. I just received the bill this weekend and he was seen in August of 2019. I also received a collections letter. I never received the first bill from OAA. Be careful stay on top of their billing department. I paid the bill with the collection company immediately so that it wouldn t effect my credit. But there is a big communication problem in their billing department.

I highly recommend Dr. Jay Talsania. He is personable, and has excellent professional & technical skill. I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands during Sept/Oct this year performed by Dr. Talsania with an excellent outcome. I also had a nerve relocated in my left elbow. I had an excellent result from that procedure. I can t express just how glad I am that I had Dr. Talsania perform my procedures.

Lots of parking spaces, the outside is always well maintained. Going in to check in there are enough receptionists that there is never a wait, the folders are color coated that you always know ty color associated with the sign, people are super friendly!

Top notch, detailed and thorough review of my case after months with a different group with poor results. They listened to me as a difficult post injury patient, found them through another doctor. Flawless surgery in July using the latest technology implant, where others still using aged methods. I give them my full trust as I went from a possible waist high paralysis to on the road to full recovery with range of motion!

Tried for 4+ days to get an appointment for my husband. Because he had been seen by a different orthopedic doctor more than two years ago, neither of their knee specialists would agree to take the case. This is without even meeting the patient or seeing his records. I guess we'll have to continue our search for a new doctor elsewhere.

OAA and Dr. Batista were very professional and caring. They were very understand and made sure we understood everything before we left. I called and got a same day appointment. They could tell how nervous my son was and they were really sympathetic to that .
She takes her time explaining the necessary as well as maps out the future plan. My procedure required a needle, which i can't stand, but she did the procedure with dexterity and minimal pain, and I have had a few!
so i went for my, what i thought, my final follow up, i left my wallet and almost bailed but decided to go in anyway and so glad i did. What i thought would be a waste of a co-pay turned out to be an important opportunity for me to decide how i want to approach my running season. Dr. Kalawadia and I came up with a plan of attack to address my pain that i feel is reasonable, affordable and puts me in control of my progress. now it's up to me and i like that.

Two years ago, I was referred to a pain specialist, for neck pain. As an RN, I have a good understanding of procedures and what an exam entails. However, this day was really bad, full of false accusations and assumptions. After leaving the guys office, ( with him chasing after me), I complained to the patient advocate, who rolled her eyes and stated she has had issues with this md before. Now my wife goes to one of their md's for arthritis, and loves him. I tried to get an appointment, only to find that they have banned me for complaining, the lady on the phone stated she hears this often.
Tamara is great! She spends time explaining everything to you and makes your visit enjoyable. You get great care and sound advice and leave feeling confident in her expertise.
Doctor Falatyn and all the staff are very kind, and take the time to explain all the treatment options available, and answer any questions you may have. Testing is scheduled very efficiently as well
This is the most together organization I have ever dealt with. Friendly, caring and efficient. They actually call me every week to see how I'm doing, using my medications correctly and if I'm following the plan for my recovery. I really feel that I have people who care on my side.
