Two years ago, I was referred to a pain specialist, for neck pain. As an RN, I have a good understanding of procedures and what an exam entails. However, this day was really bad, full of false accusations and assumptions. After leaving the guys office, ( with him chasing after me), I complained to the patient advocate, who rolled her eyes and stated she has had issues with this md before. Now my wife goes to one of their md's for arthritis, and loves him. I tried to get an appointment, only to find that they have banned me for complaining, the lady on the phone stated she hears this often.
