Stem cell injection to right knee - Dr krafczyk explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Minimal discomfort so far. Hopefully this will offset a total knee replacement! Staff was also excellent.

OAA is my personal goto location for all things injury-related. Each doctor really specializes in a particular joint or a couple of joints. There are facilities for x-ray imaging and several operating rooms. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. I've used OAA for many years.

My first visit to OAA! PA Ony Moomah is the truth! He was thorough in his "investigation" of my knee injury. He was patient with the questions that my husband and I had about options and course of treatment. Ony genuinely cared about dealing with my pain now and helping restore some immediate balance to my life. Dr. Anbari is an excellent surgeon. He goes over and above to explain his findings and procedures. I highly recommend him for hip replacement surgery. I was up and walking the day of surgery. He actually replaced both of my hips.

(Have used them for ankle surgery, knee surgery, physical therapy, frozen shoulder and now another issue - yes I must be more careful). We all must be wearing masks now, and the staff at OAA Orthopedic Specialists all operate like a well oiled machine, getting you in and out in a very fast paced operation, and covering all their bases.
My doctor is always attentive and listens to my problems. I have Dr. Falatyn in the spine area and he is awesome! He has already done 2 back surgeries on me. It just seems like every time I go in there, I get Melanie at the front desk. If you ever get her, DONT! She is rude and doesn t know how to talk to people. She just has an attitude when she talks to you. I don t have time for people like that. I dread first walking in because of her. I would of definitely gave OAA 5 stars but I didn t because of Melanie.

OAA is a business, NOT a healthcare facility!!! Don't be fooled by the valet parking or the automated and efficient scheduling and billing department, when it comes right down to sound medical care the physicians have dollar signs not the patient's best interest in mind.
In the course of one short visit Dr. Corba changed his recommendation from NO SHOT, to surgical consult, and then, YES...we'll do a shot TODAY! Doesn't instill confidence in any recommendation!!

It is a busy practice and there was a bit of wait once at the office, but the exam and explanation of the condition was comprehensive and a treatment plan developed. It was a good and informative consultation. Prepare to make it meaningful for yourself by thinking of questions to ask beforehand.

I have reached out to OAA and specifically Dr. Hawk and Patti Connolly over the past few years to address both chronic and acute knee and shoulder injuries. My OV s have been positive experiences with plans for moving forward with the diagnosis and recovery process. They take time to listen to patient concerns, address questions, and review treatment options. I do not feel rushed through the office visit process as compared with larger hospital-based practices. For me, this is a key criteria for seeking out a provider as the larger healthcare systems pressure their physicians and support staff to focus on filling quotas and meeting financial metrics rather than focusing on patient care.
