I'm a perfectionist when it comes to finding the best service when it comes to everything. So when my wife needed something as critical as braces; I put in a lot of effort at finding the right orthodontist. Her teeth were in such extreme pain that she could barely chew hard food . We saw quite a few doctors for a consultation. The general consensus of all the orthodontics we saw was that her situation was much more complicated than the typical case. All seemed competent but none of them stood out as more than average.

However, when we went to see Dr. Sanders; he treated us like we were paying patients that had been coming to him for years. This was just a free evaluation from which he had nothing to gain. Furthermore, he spent a considerable amount of time answering all our questions and adding in many insights of his own regarding my wife s particular situation.

He basically went above and beyond what any of the other doctors did regard s to giving us information that would help us understand my wife s particular case. He explained in great detail the cause of her pain (none of the other doctors did this) and exactly what he would do to fix it. I was very impressed. My wife described him as he seems like he really cares about my teeth getting better and not just getting my business.

When we were quoted for the cost of the treatment his estimate was on the high end compared to other Doctors. I actually don t say this as a negative. I have learned that there are a lot of services in life you can t put a price on. Dental care definitely one of them. In fact looking back at the excellent level of service he provided us; if we had to do it again we would gladly pay even more than what he first charged for his service.

The entire 3 years of monthly visits my wife had were all completely stress free. Dr. Sanders was so competent that not once did we worry about the outcome of her treatment. Her braces just came off a few days ago and the result was exactly what he said it would be. If you re looking for an orthodontist I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Sanders. He is very skilled at his profession and truly cares about his patients. Thank you Dr. Sanders for taking my wife s pain away!!

This place is amazing for kids and adults to get braces and perfectly straight teeth. Dr. Sanders and his staff are amazing and highly skilled for any problem that may come in their way. I highly suggest for others to come and get their braces done here because that's how awesome they are.

I absolutely adore Dr sanders and his team. They provide you with the best customer service. Their facility is always clean and has the lates gadgets. They're very fast and stick to the time your appointment is scheduled so your not waiting forever. They have helped me during non office hours in cases of emergencies. At the end of the day my teeth look amazing, which is the most important part. I highly recommend dr sanders and his team to everyone and anyone. You will not be disappointed!!

Dr. Sanders doesn t need another 5 star review because he already has so many. But...he changed my life!!! Unlike most of his patients, I was in my late 20s when I started treatment for an overbite I had all my life. The overbite caused pain in my jaw with chewing and also some TMJ clicking and pain. After two years of treatment, my bite issues went away!! Why did I wait to give Dr. Sanders a 5-star review? Because I ve seen the work of other orthodontists since Dr. Sanders and it s night and day. His office runs like a well-oiled machine and gave me a lot of confidence. I moved to a different state and had to finish my othodontia treatment elsewhere (minuscule details) and after having three other orthodontists (not by choice, they keep moving away), I can say Dr. Sanders is the best!!! Thank you Dr. Sanders! You and your staff do great work!!

My Braces came off Apr. 2018. Today I came in for a routine check up and a retainer (His new office is amazing!!!) and I am extremely satisfied with the care and results I have always received. Right before I got my braces I was really nervous it was going to be a bother and hurt a lot. To my surprise, it barely even hurt and the time it took to fix my teeth was well worth it, I love my smile now!

I did some research prior to going to Orthodontics Only, and I made a great choice. The staff is extremely nice and always eager to attend to your needs. They always have a smile on their face, and it truly makes you feel welcomed. Dr.Sanders is truly awesome and very nice. The invisalign makers charged an extra fee for providing me with new ones, after a problem I had to fix following the beginning of my treatment and Dr.Sanders was nice enough to take care of the extra charge. I truly recommend Orthodontics Only to anyone looking to improve their smile. :)

Doctor Sanders and his staff are the best orthodontics team in the world! I ve been a patient of Dr. Sanders since 2012 and he helped fix my smile in 2-3 years. He is very caring towards his patients and ensures that at the end of your orthodontic treatment you will be beyond happy with the new smile he gives you! I cannot stress how amazing him and his team are. If you re looking for an orthodontist then Dr. Sanders is the one!

I left my Invisalign Treatment with the same problems I went in with, spaces. My treatment plan lasted 6 yrs--had I known this would be the case I would have just worn braces. I wore my trays religiously and appreciated Dr. Sanders want to fine tune everything. However, the multiple IPR's done to my lower teeth left me with gaps I never had before and the small gap I initially wanted started the Invisalign treatment plan for, remain. I was never offered anything alternative (braces) like I heard others who were unhappy with their treatment plan were offered.

When I started the plan I was in a masters program at UM, graduated and soon moved to Miramar and started working. It became much harder to get to appointments in the middle of my work week. And as the staff in the office changed so did my reminder calls/texts. One time my credit card was charged 3 times for my treatment planned. Despite this, I never complained and came to my visits. I didn't even receive a call for my 6 month treatment follow-up visit and honestly, I don't know if the drive would have been worth it--especially considering that for my first follow up visit when I brought up the issue of my gap at the top remaining Dr. Sanders simply stated "good luck". I was shocked! All the money for a remaining gap and two additional gaps and he basically let me know there was nothing he could do. Truly disappointed at how I was treated towards the end of treatment.

Dr Sanders is FANTASTIC! He and his staff are kind & caring & work together to give all of their patients the best experience with their treatment! I never thought that orthodontics could be so enjoyable!

Since I took my daughter Sara the first time for an evaluation I was.able.to see that Dr. Sanders would be her Orthodontist. It wasn't only that I knew he would do an excellent job but his honesty was evident Sara's teeth are literally perfect now. She looks even more.beautiful than she is (well, not doubt I.love her, right:). ). Also, Dr Sanders has a fantastic team. Every body is professional and nice as well. I told him today that he deserves not even 5, but 10.

I've been a patient of Orthodontics Only for many years! However, my teeth misbehaved and I had to get braces again yesterday. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sanders and his staff. The office is always extremely clean and organized, there's a lot of entertainment for the kids while waiting, such as gaming consoles and big TVs to watch in the meantime. Signing in is easy, just touch your name on the screen. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are extremely gentle when handling your mouth to avoid pain on braces setup or examination! Dr. Sanders is extremely knowledgable and uses extremely high tech equipment to properly see your scans on 3D and provide a much better and precise treatment. They have a super flexible schedule for appointments to accommodate my needs and great payment plans and discounts. They also offer contests every month for patients which definitely makes it an extra incentive for your visits! Upon getting your braces you're given a bag of goodies with wax, and special brushes to upkeep your dental higiene. Highly recommend this doctor and this team. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my smile! Looking forward to the final results!

Great Experience. Fast service. I had a ton of ancillary issues and Dr. Sanders worked through to take care of them with ease. It was very difficult to find an Ortho who can handle adults as well as children. I'm very happy with my smile now.

I don t think I ve ever written a review for anyone other than my mechanic, but Dr. Sanders and his team is WELL deserved of one and more. I ve been a patient of Dr. Sanders since 2016. I came in with really bad positioned teeth and in just 2 years, he managed to cure one of my biggest insecurities going into my early 20s and that was my smile. His team has always been wonderful and supportive, his facility (including his new location) has always been spotless, and they ve been there for anything I ve needed with my procedures and appointment flexibility. From broken brackets to band refills, they ve been super helpful with everything. I recently had to go in for a retainer replacement since mine has cracked overtime and I have zero complains. I always recommend and brag about him to anyone seeking a better smile. Follow the doctors advice and wear your bands when needed to, double band when you can to speed the process if necessary, and just have some patience. As a male college student it was a little embarrassing to have braces, but not a day goes by where I don t regret walking into Dr. Sanders old office and sitting down to talk about how my process was going to go and investing in myself. 5/5 stars, I don t get paid to write stories about my life, so this review really comes from the heart. If you read this Doc, thank you and your team a million times. You guys are excellent and your new location is super nice, a great upgrade in my eyes.

my overall experience was beyond excellent both the staff as well as the doctor himself are the most kind people i could ever meet. i looked forward to every single visit that i had. if i had to do it all over again i would not have changed one thing , i had the best team around me at all times. their possitive attitudes made you leave the office with a smile reguardless of the type of day that you may have had. i am extremly greatful to have met these wonderful people and i will forever recommend them to anyone. my experience was great i loved every single second! As a pediatric dentist, I can say that I prefer referring patient's to Orthodontics Only. I have personally seen the high quality care and state of the art techniques that Dr. Sanders uses on all patients. He is an excellent practitioner and I would not hesitate to send any family member or friend to his practice because it's the best!

I'm currently using braces and i go every 3 months for a checkup, the staff is very amiable and open to any questions. Then Dr.Sanders which is the big boss will come check up on you and let you know what you need and how it'll go down, great place. Also, there's entertainment on the waiting room for kids if you arrive early, easy sign in.Definitely would recommend to friends.

My daughter is the patient, and I take her to her regular appointments. The doctor's office is somewhat far for me, since I have another Orthodontist office next to my home. BUT.....My dentist insisted I go to Dr. Sanders before signing with another Orthodontist.

Talk about dodging a bullet. I can't imagine trusting my daughter's teeth and dental future to another. They take care of all the small things that have nothing to do with dental work....(The wait time is ALWAYS minimal!).

The price was excellent, and the service FAR exceeds anything they charged for my daughter's service. We usually take time to complain about sub par service, and skip over great service. The only reason I gave this office 5 stars, is because 6 isn't an option.
