I left my Invisalign Treatment with the same problems I went in with, spaces. My treatment plan lasted 6 yrs--had I known this would be the case I would have just worn braces. I wore my trays religiously and appreciated Dr. Sanders want to fine tune everything. However, the multiple IPR's done to my lower teeth left me with gaps I never had before and the small gap I initially wanted started the Invisalign treatment plan for, remain. I was never offered anything alternative (braces) like I heard others who were unhappy with their treatment plan were offered.

When I started the plan I was in a masters program at UM, graduated and soon moved to Miramar and started working. It became much harder to get to appointments in the middle of my work week. And as the staff in the office changed so did my reminder calls/texts. One time my credit card was charged 3 times for my treatment planned. Despite this, I never complained and came to my visits. I didn't even receive a call for my 6 month treatment follow-up visit and honestly, I don't know if the drive would have been worth it--especially considering that for my first follow up visit when I brought up the issue of my gap at the top remaining Dr. Sanders simply stated "good luck". I was shocked! All the money for a remaining gap and two additional gaps and he basically let me know there was nothing he could do. Truly disappointed at how I was treated towards the end of treatment.
