I just completed my second customized group trip organized by Aliki at Dolphin-Hellas. Both trips -- approximately 12 persons on each -- went off flawlessly. Aliki did a great job of communicating with me, helping me plan the itinerary, and arranging hotels, transportation, and so on. She was always professional, well-informed, courteous, and gracious. We couldn't have done it all without her, and we couldn't have been more pleased!
My husband and I just returned from our 10 day trip to Greece. We worked with Dolphin-Hellas, and specifically Uli Perschau based on other Google and Trip Advisor reviews, and we were extremely happy with their services. All of our communications with Uli were timely and professional.
We had to change our original plans at the very last minute due to illness, and Uli stepped in and worked to get us a new itinerary that allowed us to still have a fantastic vacation. Without hesitation, we recommend using Uli at Dolphin-Hellas when planning any trips to Greece. She is definitely a 5-star travel agent!
I bought a ferry ticket which was later canceled. They sent me to ask for the refund to the company "Sea Jets" and they informed me that the refund should have been made directly by the tourism agency. Since I was already in Santorini and I was not returning to Athens, they made me lose my money. I do not recommend the agency since they lied to me.

I was unlucky enough to decide to choose the 3 day Delphi & Meteora tour offered by Dophin Hellas. In summary, for a 3 day tour we only had total of 4.5hrs of guided tours at historical/monastery's/museums - and included OVER 24HRS FREE TIME in Delphi.
If you want to visit Delphi and Meteora, then take a 2 day tour. It will mostly likely be run by G.O. Tours and you will get to see all the same things we did. Delphi and Meteora are nice place to visits but avoid taking the 3 day tour to do it.
We took four days cruise with Celestyal Olympia started from Mykonos. We stopped by Kusadasi in Turkey, and then Greece island Patmos, Rhodes, Crete, Santorini, and then back to Athens. The services and foods and programs were okay, but the ship was a bit old. The sewer was bad so that caused the terrible sewing smell in washroom inside the cabin. Our package included three shore excursions but all started at 7 am that we would have to get up 5 something, so we gave up one of them. It would be better if the excursions would start at 8 or 9.
My friend and I recently went on a trip to Greece which was organized through Dolphin Hellas Travel and Tourism. Uli was my representative and she was amazing!!! I can not say enough on how wonderful Uli was in organizing the vacation. My transfers from ferry/flight to hotel were seamless and the hotels were clean, accommodating with wonderful locations! I would recommend this for anyone who wants a vacation without the worry! I will use Dolphin Hellas Travel (Uli) again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

We did the cruise between hydra poros and aegina, highly recommended. They behave very well inside the boat. The juices are made natural at the moment with fresh fruit. And the mixed sandwich is a very worked pannini, made at the moment and hot, with the melted cheese. Very rich, I was very surprised to be a tourist excursion boat.
I highly recommend Dolphin Hellas and their agent Uli. It was great to have someone locally to help us with last-minute changes
We used Dolphin Hellas to coordinate our trip to the Greek Islands in July 2010. While nothing terrible happened to warrant a bad review, we weren't amazed with their service, either. Every hotel we stayed in asked for "vouchers" which the agency was supposed to provide--but they didn't provide them. Despite detailed email communications (which were prompt and clear, for the most part), there was confusion at one hotel about how long we were staying. And there was much confusion about a car rental we organized with them. Other than that, nothing spectacularly bad or good.

We were in a lot of trouble due to weather, canceled ferries ect: The ladies of Dolphin Hellas were great. Found us alternate modes of travel, refunded tickets. What more could they do for us. Thank you very much.
