Our experience at Dr. Derek s office has been out of this world. Our daughter had a previous treatment for 4 years and was not showing any improvement, her case was not common and she was starting to feel self-conscious about her smile. We decided to look for a second opinion and Dr. Derek s was the second orthodontics office we visited searching for some hope From the time we walked in to the time we left, everyone had a smile on their face, with a great attitude. The atmosphere is relaxed; the staff is friendly, professional and provides excellent customer service. Dr. Derek is awesome, courteous, very knowledgable and with a truly unique and remarkable disposition.
