A pathetic shopping center. fit only for a fourth world country. the place is a disgrace for the people living in the area. it is one of the worst managed place I have ever seen. The management are simply hopeless
Only things saving this place are Moccabella & Brad's fruit shop. They are both hidden gems. Shopping Plaza is terrible, so many vacant tenancies or good shops that don't stay, decor is cold & no personality not to mention dangerously slippery in the rain.
It's abit out of the way for people from other side of the river and yet very close and can't get there easily.
Poorly managed centre overall. Some individual retailers are good, but centre has a poor retail mix and is micro-managed by an intrusive ever-present owner.

When Coles moves next year this will be a ghost plaza unless they can get a draw card like bunnings

Great value for money and convenient time for family and friends and shopping aplenty helpful friendly staff value for money and convenient to go to.
Some scant individual stores are excellent - centre itself seems like a ghost town and lack of level access makes navigating trolleys risky on blind corner near chemist.

This must be one of the saddest most unexciting centres in Brisbane and that's the feeling of many others as well..so many empty shops and run by underwhelming centre managers...I've lived in the area for 40yrs and this centre has been bad for 15-20 years..can't wait for the new shops to open at Moggill..hope we get a newsagency there and a decent bakery/ patisserie. The Bellbowrie centre has so many Asian businesses I want to shop in a centre that feels like I live in Australia.
Needs a better range of parking options. Car park was dirty with a lot of rubbish hanging around. What's with SO MANY empty shops. More empty shops than tenanted ones. Such a shame. This place could be so much better.
Local shops including a great Japanese place, decent Chinese food restaurant, Coles etc. A few too many empty shops. Could be more of a destination.
Had a great relaxing lunch at the cafe. Good food, reasonable prices and gluten free available.
Poor shop access and unlevel ground makes it hard to use a full trolley. To access underground car park you have to walk around the outside of the building past the shops then back into the entry very poor design
Nice claen and tidy centre with a variety of shops for all types of home requirements.
There are some great traders, however the management of the centre seems not to be able to realise its full potential, with tenancies often left vacant for lengthy periods.
Anchor tenant Coles, together with a pharmacy, bakey, green grocer, Snap fitness gym, & several restaurants/take-aways/cafes, offer convenience for residents of Bellbowrie & Moggill. However, exorbitant rents & unscrupulous management has seen many Shop spaces remain vacant since the 2011 flood.
Plenty of requirements catered for. Favorite coffee place is the Quirky Circle!

Quite unattractive basic shopping centre without news agency, post office or a nice boutique fashion shop. The best feature here by far is the small grocery which has some really nice different fresh produce on offer. I would rate the grocer 5 stars.
Terrible shopping centre. The only saving grace is struggling tenants.
The only things I go here for is Coles and sushi. It used to be great having a post office here and the little garden was so much nicer than the hard surface in the middle.
Just a bare bones shopping centre. Lots of unrented spaces. Sadly, the Indian restaurant is now leaving. The centre manages to have 3 nail salons and 4 Asian food places but NO Stationer, no Post Office, no hardware and no butcher. I only use it if I have to go to Coles. The centre needs some competition out this way.
Best fruit and Veg shop with range of yummy condiments and small goods, even vegan!
This shopping centre needs a facelift. If it wasn't for Coles no one would go there. Centre management berate there staff in front of customers. Not on.

It s the basics, and it does that job very well. No frills, but no nonsense either.
Really good shopping centre overall. There is a delicious sushi place that serves beautiful food. The fruit shop there provides amazingly fresh fruit at low prices. There is always some great deals there for seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Good little centre. The Coles is big enough to get what you need without having to go all the way to Kenmore. Nice mix of ships in the centre . Not sure of opening hours, best to check each place individually. Nice little restaurant, bakery, Bottle shop, pizza, fish n chips.. even a Bargain store! Big step up from when I was a kid! Chemist & beauty salon too...possibly more but it was a quick visit!
Wonderful community and staff throughout however stores consistently opening and closing due to rumours of terrible management.
Can't wait till the new shopping center is built opposite Moggill School. Polly will always have empty shops the way she works.
Always has empty shops. Nice quiet supermarket though. If managed properly it would be far more successful.

Shops are great, the manger is a terrible human being.
The supermarket is fine, the little sushi take out is great, too many other shops are closed down or empty.

Shopping center is slowly in decline. The best vendors have moved away, leaving half the shops empty, and the remaining ones struggling. Management have done nothing to address the issue and these days I prefer to shop elsewhere...
Nothing against the lovely people that work at the various establishments in this centre, but this complex needs to be bulldozed
