terrible customer service
bought a very expensive Loup from them and about 2-3 month later the optics got loose. they are charging me an extra $1000 to fix it and they say if anything happens to it I would have to pay again. just not worth it
it is costing me a lot of money. i would def go with another company

Buy from somewhere else!. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL customer service. I sent my loupes for repair and got it back after 3 weeks with NONE of the repairs done! . and now have to resend it back and wait another 2-3 weeks for them to attempt to do the repairs again. No apologies was given, failed to take responsibility of their mistake, and making me go thru the whole process again. Extremely unprofessional.

So far it has been a nightmare. I placed my order for loupes one month and over two weeks ago and I still don't have them. The thing is my loupes arrived first time with a "nice" quality check list in a same time being completely unusable. They simply weren't properly converged(collamated) even those a piece of paper was stating that my loupes are made to all the specifications. At first lady at Tech Support was trying to convince that it is a binocular vision and it is should be that way( ( i was seeing to circles that barely intersected each other). I sent it back, they promises to fix it in 10 business and they didn't. Now they even dare to say the shipping will take from 5-7 day. Don't buy from them. They are too busy selling stuff but don't care what's going on after. By the way the customer service is very aggressive on a phone and not helpful at all.

I've had my Rudy Orascoptic Loupes for 12 years now. Over the time I've had to maintain the working parts. Orascoptic has been so easy to work with and the are very efficient in making sure to solve any problem! Their customer service is exceptional!

Note: There is no way to pay directly from mobile apps/bank the total invoice as they have no account number. They want you to pay monthly, how does that even make sense in 2021.

Call center agent collected my credit card info and clearly lost it as my payment was not received, I've received an email to let me know about payment not received.
Called back - They told me there was no invoice under my name? They put me on hold, finally found my invoice? but they asked again for my credit card details... Saying there was no card number and details ?! Very disappointed - Will not be buying back from this place again. After being told many time I can't pay in full, the agent finally told me I could pay in full ? sends me the invoice but doesn't tell me there is no way to pay unless they charge my card on their side for full payment - let's me hang up - I have to now call again to pay in full as they have no account number to directly pay to them from any mobile/bank.

I have had my loupes for 10 years and had my first problem only after a patient hugged me so hard that one of the arms snapped. I called my rep Ben Schoen, and within a day he mailed me a replacement part. I couldn t ask for better service (or to virtually not even need support after all this time).

Terrible customer service. I was measured by the sales representative, who boasted how Orascoptic's measuring tools are the most sophisticated and accurate. My loupes came back and I could not focus or see the desired solo "circle" as my view through the loupes. I texted the rep and he gave me the 1-800 phone number to customer care. How will an operator come and fix my measurements?! The rep also boasted how their light source is the brightest on the market. I used the loupes with the light on a patient and the operatory lamp was just as bright as the light source. I turned in the loupes first to give them a chance to try and fix the working distance. My chief complaint of not being able to see one image through the lenses were never addressed. I also upgraded to the bigger and heavier light source. I tried them again and there was no difference/improvements. I returned the products 6 weeks ago. I FINALLY received a PARTIAL refund! I'm still waiting for the rest! The lead in the accounting department is a nice person, however, Ryan. He did help me get the partial refund now and is working to get me the rest. My 6 year old loupes are still working better and my light source is brighter still than Orascoptic. I thought I was upgrading but I will stick with the old ones and buy a new battery light source.
