Terrible customer service. I was measured by the sales representative, who boasted how Orascoptic's measuring tools are the most sophisticated and accurate. My loupes came back and I could not focus or see the desired solo "circle" as my view through the loupes. I texted the rep and he gave me the 1-800 phone number to customer care. How will an operator come and fix my measurements?! The rep also boasted how their light source is the brightest on the market. I used the loupes with the light on a patient and the operatory lamp was just as bright as the light source. I turned in the loupes first to give them a chance to try and fix the working distance. My chief complaint of not being able to see one image through the lenses were never addressed. I also upgraded to the bigger and heavier light source. I tried them again and there was no difference/improvements. I returned the products 6 weeks ago. I FINALLY received a PARTIAL refund! I'm still waiting for the rest! The lead in the accounting department is a nice person, however, Ryan. He did help me get the partial refund now and is working to get me the rest. My 6 year old loupes are still working better and my light source is brighter still than Orascoptic. I thought I was upgrading but I will stick with the old ones and buy a new battery light source.
