My mother is currently a patient , and we constantly run into issues with nurses not coming the days they are suppose to. Instead they call in say one thing then later say another. My mother has a bacteria where it requires her dressing to be changed 2 times a week and we ve already had one nurse complain to us about how they don t need to be coming out every time we call. Then what s the point of the 24hr number for on call nurses when they NEVER come out. I have to be the one that helps my mother doing their jobs when she needs them the most. God forbid she gets an infection because they don t have any on call nurses that can come to our help. So disappointing , very bad experience. Very poor excuse nurses, although I m not going to say all. If she does end up with an infection in result to poor care, you know who I will be involving. Very upset

A great place to work and a great family to work with. After searching around between multiple different home health agencies, I found my home. Unlike your typical agency, at OnPointe at Home there are no barriers, from the administrator to the the office staff to the marketers and the clinicians, everyone treats you like a friend, an equal and a part of the team. Couldn't ask for a better place to work.

Completely incompetent. Had one nurse come over to see my husband, and then nothing for a week; no calls that we can tell, no voice mails, no text messages. And then when we called to complain that my husband's catheter was hurting, they claimed that since we hadn't responded to four messages from them (what messages?!!!) my husband would just have to go to the ER and run up another huge medical bill. To me, this speaks of an utter lack of communication and even raises suspicions of Medicare fraud. My advice to those needing home health care, look elsewhere.

My uncle had a med line installed at the hospital on a Friday and we were told it was good for 4 weeks. The next morning a rep came out to teach me how to administer the twice daily antibiotics he needs. I left for work before they left our house and when I returned I discovered they had changed the line to one that is so narrow that I cannot get the medication through it.

I called the rep that changed the line, the rep that came out before he went into the hospital, and the main office. No answer from the reps and the main office is unable to locate anyone to send out to change the line back so I can give him this medication; which was supposed to be given over an hour ago.

Right now I don't have any trust in this company.

This is a wonderful company to work for! Ive worked for multiple healthcare companies and this one by far is the most "down to earth" organization. The focus on patient care is what really makes me proud to say I am employed with this company!!!

This is what work life balance is all about. I am supported and felt appreciated. Kim, Jamie and Carol all go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met, we have fun and we get our jobs done. This is a job that becomes part of your life. We care for the well being of peoples loved ones. You just don't stop because its 5pm. You make sure these patients are taken care of at all hours of the day. That is what they all do at Onpointe. Whether it is the patient or the clinician, someone is looking out for the community of Onpointe. I love working here, I have the ability to be the mother I need to be and I hope I am the employee that Onpointe needs to help successfully care for our hundreds of patients.
