I was really pleased with the service until I moved. The installation technician did not wear a mask in my home and brought mud on his shoes into my home. He called me to see if he could come and do the install and left a voicemail. When I called back he did not answer and there was no voicemail. I tried again a few minutes later and when he answered he was very rude. The install went fine. When I was charged for my bill, I was charged an extra $50. When I called I was told this is the moving charge. I spoke to two people at the office about my move and neither mentioned this fee AND the form the technician left behind did not mention a fee either. When I called to discuss this I was told sorry. I don t know who you spoke to, but this is what we always charge. Any other company I have done business with would have done way more than a rude sorry. I am really disappointed and am going to take my service elsewhere.
