When it works there product rivals spectrum. However there customer services and ability to fix issues is very limited it takes days to fix outages and customer service response is always "we will look into it thanks for letting us know.... Have a good day" then u never hear back from anyone. With there product being as good as it is I would give 5 stars however there ability to maintenance and customer service drop my opinion of the company drastically. So I give 2 stars
