Speeds much slower than advertised. I signed up for 50 MBPS and think I got that maybe twice, over 3 years. The latest slowdown was the last straw, as I have 2 kids at home (HS and MS) doing remote learning. Pathetically slow speeds just are not acceptable in the current pandemic situation. I was not reassured by the emails I received, essentially saying we don't know when this amazing system upgrade was going to be completed. So I jumped ship, to Rise broadband. Had them for about 3 weeks, and have been very happy with the speeds (as advertised, or better), and the price (about $20 cheaper per month).
