I live in Whitewater. My speed in the evening is less than 1 Gigabyte. For the last 6 weeks I have called to get help and they say someone will call you back. No one has called me back until yesterday. They called me back and said they would get back to me after they figured out some issues. They never called back.I wouldn t recommend using this company. Bad customer service and bad products.
