Great team to work with! Very knowledgeable and they offered us lots of useful info for our marketing.

Completely incompetent project manager backed up by an incompetent CEO.

Their custom code was broken by a jquery update on our site, so we disabled their code temporarily. Instead of working to fix the problem, they pointed fingers at everyone else and turned their code back on. They made no effort to fix the problem or coordinate with others to find a resolution. In their eyes, it was someone else's fault, so it wasn't Optimum7's problem. Our ecommerce site was non functional for several hours on multiple occasions due to their incompetence.

Code is complex, and integration with other systems needs to be a team effort. Get your heads out of the sand.

I advise to not use Optimum7 services. Find your custom code elsewhere.

Have worked with Optimum7 on several projects now. They have been nothing but phenomenal. Extremely knowledge, capable and most importantly they listen to you and do their best to understand your goals.

Ok - first of all, I have to say, I rarely leave reviews. You have to really impress me - or really upset me. I've worked at 3 companies now and I've ALWAYS used Optimum7 for our e-commerce development and marketing. The one time I didn't...I immediately regretted it and returned. These guys KNOW their stuff. We saw our conversions and traffic triple after working with them. They aren't the cheapest - but hey, you get what you pay for!

Optimum7 is one of the worst companies I have ever used. Warning. They will push you hard to finish work before you have aad time to review fully and then up-charge you for everything even if it is logical functionality. They will not provide information on where their code exists in the backend, so you are stuck with their people. I DO NOT recommend Optimum7.

I have been working with Optimum 7 for approximately 4 years now. I am the Director of the Global Strategic Communications _ Creative Track program for Florida International University. We market our program through digital marketing and we hired Optimum 7 to be our agency of record. Their staff is always very proactive recommending and testing ways to be more visible in search results. We target a niche and international audience, so content marketing is key to attract potential students and applicants. The pipeline of leads has been steady thanks to their expert advice and effective implementation of strategies. Highly recommended!

I don't write reviews as a practice but If you are considering signing a contract with Optimum7 STOP. DON'T. After a year and a half, they still have not been able to deliver a working product. Arthur is a gonif. Their engineering team is technically incompetent and requires a lot of guidance to do anything. This is one of the worst experiences in my 32 years of business Optimum7 is like a cancerous growth and you will not feel better until it is removed from your life.

I have hired Optimum7 a number of times over the years for help with my online marketing, overall presence as well as designing my websites. It s all good. The best thing they ever did for me was creating a dynamic presentation that helped me land the largest account we ever had and still have the pleasure of serving. They handled the marketing side, of course, but they also developed a clean online process for ordering our packaging, mainly cups in this case, for really big volume orders. This ability we now possess to accept and execute on huge orders could not have been done without the online development expertise of Optimum7.
