Completely incompetent project manager backed up by an incompetent CEO.

Their custom code was broken by a jquery update on our site, so we disabled their code temporarily. Instead of working to fix the problem, they pointed fingers at everyone else and turned their code back on. They made no effort to fix the problem or coordinate with others to find a resolution. In their eyes, it was someone else's fault, so it wasn't Optimum7's problem. Our ecommerce site was non functional for several hours on multiple occasions due to their incompetence.

Code is complex, and integration with other systems needs to be a team effort. Get your heads out of the sand.

I advise to not use Optimum7 services. Find your custom code elsewhere.
