I have used Optimal Spaces to locate commercial real estate rentals three times in the past nine years, and all of my experiences with their brokers have been phenomenal. While they have a great number of listings available, they do a superb job of narrowing them down to those that are the best fit. They are patient with trying to find the ideal situation, yet they get everything done with the urgency needed in the NY real estate market. I highly recommend Optimal Spaces for any commercial real estate needs.
We had been looking for a new Space in NYC for 6 months without success. The economy had tanked in 2008, our lease was not being renewed. It was the middle of December and we would have to vacate by April 1. Steven found us a perfect location with more usable space and a lower cost per SF than we currently had. Steven came through when the chips were down. He guided us through the contract phase and made sure any bump in the road was solved. We highly recommend him if you are looking for a retail space to rent in NYC.
I had the pleasure of working with Optimal Spaces several years ago while research new commercial space. After I gave my credentials he said "yeah, we don't have anything." and then hung up in my ear. I would NOT recommend anyone looking for office space rental to contact this business.
