I had the pleasure of working with Optimal Spaces several years ago while research new commercial space. Prior to meeting my agent, I felt that I was at a severe disadvantage since the commercial market is very intimidating and I felt like I was a goldfish swimming in a shark tank. My agent took control and help me select my new space at fair terms. I have no reservation recommending Optimal Spaces and look forward to there guidance when I am in need of additional office space.
