Excellent. The two gentleman are always very helpful and polite. They are both professional and they resolved my PC issues without delay. Thank you to them.

They have no idea what they are talking about....Asked for a simple adaptor for my compter gave the model, the make....that is all you need...they wanted. wats amps all nonsense, no idea what they are taling about

Took laptop in to be repaired was given a very good quote then told he couldn't do it due to the nature of the repair as it needs micro soldering and there was no charge for strip down and inspection.

Honest man who knows what he is doing with computers I'd use him again in a heart beat.

Being someone who is useless with technology, i have always found Pharos Computers to be reliable, affordable and helpful with repairs and info.

Website is ok but I received no reply to my question. A shame because the shop itself is excellent and most computers we buy from here and use them to remedy any difficulties we have.

We had an old server that completely failed. We sent it to several places to get fixed but each place we sent it to could not fix it. We then heard good things about Pharos Computers in Dover. Within a couple of hours they had bought the server back to life and it is still going strong today! Highly recommend these guys.

Very genuine people sorted out my PC problem and I wasn't ripped off ,very good would recommend them every time.

These lads are very kind and accommodating but this product is terrible. I have lost so much work and so many orders because it is faulty and never been fit for purpose,and no I don't want to lose it for a week for repairs. It's rubbish.

The guys are amazing, I took two dead laptops to the shop and they were so quick and effective so both of them are working well. I got some good advice with those laptops also, so just i"d like to say a big thank you too. Definitely recommend them.
