Theater - light - stage - sound - just great, no matter which piece!

Always beautiful. This time "Mrs. Luna". Great idea.

I was in the theater recently and played the Magic Flute and next week on Friday I'm going to be in the front seat in Alice.

We have loved this theater for decades. The excellent, versatile performances of theater and children's theater, opera, concerts, ballet ... are a cultural delight!
The special 1960s architecture creates an incomparable atmosphere.
The trained, high-quality service is also perfect. Thank you very much.

I looked at Alice in Wonderland today. Seldom heard such great voices. A great ballet. An all around beautiful evening. The house is also very nice. Earned 5 stars

The English proficiency is very low which makes it but otherwise very nice.

There is now an elevator from the underground car park to the forecourt. Unfortunately, a handrail is still missing for rows 1 to 15. From the 16th row there is a handrail on both sides. In the basement there is a small elevator that is only to be used in case of emergency for a small wheelchair - if possible without footpegs.

Turandot. It was my first visit to the opera and it was awesome! I always like to come back and watch more songs. Really perfect

It's not about the program, but rather the lack of customer orientation: We waited a long time in front of closed doors in some cold weather and had to queue twice despite tickets bought online so that lists were compared and ticked off. The opera house is confusing and it takes a long time to find its place because there are no recognizable master plans.

The ballet director stages really attractive pieces. Always excellent harmony between contemporary and classic, art and entertainment. Tickets are significantly cheaper than many other theaters and they also offer great discounts for students. The staff are nice and helpful too. Always nice visit.

We are always happy to be here. The service staff is friendly and the general public pleasant.

The Dortmund Theater combines the five divisions of concert hall, music theater and opera drama, ballet and children's and youth theater at three locations in the city area.

The opera house is just really cozy - you feel right at home in the ambience. Last time here with the Magic Flute - great performance!

The theater and the performance were wonderful! Only for tall people, the seating is not suitable! In each budget airline you sit better. As a result, unfortunately, the otherwise consistently positive impression suffered badly. We sat in the second row.

You're playing again. Dortmunders visit your theater, then you know that there is good culture on your doorstep !!!

How high is art and culture? How is a society defined today? What significance does the theater have for Dortmund?

The revue operetta "Frau Luna" is topp entertainment!

I have witnessed a stirring performance by Turandot and congratulate the entire opera house for this achievement. If theater should shake us up, then it really succeeded yesterday !!!! Bravo!

Were there to rachmaninov and Tchaikovsky, which was a great performance, but the hall. Self-suffocation. The lobby is nicely done after the renovation, the acoustics are fine, but the hall definitely needs a fresh color.

The dance theater / ballet is fantastic. Unfortunately, relatively few visitors.

West Side Story. Great staging, great singers and actors. Highly recommended.

Dr. JACKEL AND Mr. HYDE, a really great stage set, great music and great singers and actors. You do not need to hide to the big stages of this world.

Very nice seating layout, nice staff. Stay is a very pleasant.

Always a place to immerse yourself in other worlds. Parking situation is also very good and afterwards lure many great restaurants

In these times felt like one of the safest places in Dortmund. Great hygiene concept! Nevertheless, the sparsely filled, although sold out hall, hurts in the heart.

Opera house with good connections, public transport and car. Underground parking with ample parking. The program no matter whether opera, musical or ballet is always worth a visit. West side story is a must

Great idea of "Jekyll and Hyde". This idea could easily keep up with the big musical houses. Great set design, great voices and good costumes. Very friendly and attentive staff at the opera house made the evening a great event.

Today was the seat cushion concert ...... fantastically beautiful

It is gratifying that in cities that are not exactly the capital and are not blessed with money, there is a real 4-section theater!
Eugen Onegin is worth seeing, Emil Newton is outstanding.

Always good performances (of course there are a few dropouts), but especially in the studio you always experience something exciting. A theater that offers something for everyone.

Very beautiful theater, I saw with the list of the best theaters in the world. Overview comfortable, balconies are not far away, all very clearly see the place in the room, too, with a good view.

A very nice theater. The seats have ample legroom and offer optimal space to the left and right. The cash prices are OK, you always pay a little more in the theater. The wardrobe is excellently solved. 10cent deposit for a lockable closet. Great. You have your own key and take the jacket out of the closet without waiting in line and get the 10 cent back.

Organizationally a disaster. Flair rather mass event. Is okay. But not more.

Good performance. Exit after the event could be better. Possibly. Traffic light control in the underground car park.

We were in the idea of 'I Europe'. Stage was well designed theme-related. The actors sometimes less competent. The content brand new and interesting, but ultra boring presented (and then even without a break). If I had made before the contents smart, I would not have gone into the idea.

For me, the title suggests a subject matter of an individual or, as far as I am concerned, several individuals related to the political, economic, spatial, cultural or social Europe. I expected to work with Europe in a holistic way. The fact that the authors of the 'Monologues' were predominantly of religious and spatial Islamic origin and that the idea was only the transmission from the point of view of exactly this and vice versa did not fulfill my expectations of this idea against the background of the title. The title would have had to be chosen differently, in a specific context to Islam and the Islamic countries and people. Europe is more than its relationship to Muslim people.

Great was the meeting after the performance in a specially decorated room with snacks, which were totally delicious, for the guests with speech needs.

Dortmund can show its theater!

A classic opera house, not a bit exaggerated, but full of "state of the art" from the structural as well as the comfort of the seats but especially from the artistic side.

I was thrilled with the structure of the hall.
As an acoustician you are sometimes more impressed by the room acoustics than by the piece itself.
Highly recommended the theater!

"On the ground" great piece, very good actor, great stage and costume
