They offer the best Truck driver memberships. Just purchased occupational accident policy and looking forward to other services they provide. Wish I had known of this company 6 years ago. Customer service is excellent no wait time and they are always so friendly. Love companies like this. Thank you for all you're services glad to be a member.

I'm an owner operator have been for many years this ooida is nothing but a scam they've never done anything for the trucking industry but take its money now when you call in you can't even get upstairs on the phone line that tells me they're all about the money just another organization to screw the truck driver out of money

It's looking like there are a couple of few issues that are trending in the negative direction. Realize this; Most Drivers,O/Os would rather be out having their equipment,running & making money, not sitting while they're at a key-board feeling that they desperately be complaining about NOT making (loosing) money because of the very people that they pay a portion of their earnings to, to help stimulate their income & widen their profit margin don't seem to be holding up to their part of the deal (agreement).. Get with the program OOIDA & turn this trend around to make this a Profitable Venture for everyone involved. Especially the "Nut Behind The Wheel"
Our vehicle was totaled by someone insured by OOIDA. Has been the most awful process we've ever dealt with dealing with this company. We should've gotten an attorney from the beginning and didn't , trying to do the right thing. If you are involved with them get an attorney !! Avoid this company at all costs.
giving them 5 star review because they were very helpful in telling me about the sleep Apnea test which I knew nothing about after I was required to take one, they did it for free and didn't have to. the nice guy I talked to is Jim, he took more than 30 minutes of his time explaining to me the steps, not one time he rushed or sound annoyed, it just felt like he wanted to help. Just wanted to say thanks and give ya a good review.
was working on setting up authority and somone told me to use ooida....th best choice i made...frankie in the authority department was gr8 and also th others...they dont mess around yet they take time to make sure you know wats happening before they hang up th phone...gr8 people
Wasn't of money they will only provide insurance to CDL drivers with a minimum of 4 years experience. Only if they knew the industry is becoming more open to non cdl drivers especially hotshot drivers. I guess the membership does have its perks but the biggest for me was insurance. This company should really lose that cdl requirement.
I'm a lifetime member of OOIDA!!! Over the years they have always been a reliable source of help and information anytime that I have called them. Our trucking company is also a member or their drug consortium, which has kept us compliant over the years at a very reasonable cost...
