I shut down my successful chicago performance and health business in chicago and moved my family to colorado to work for Rally Sport/Erin Carson. It was in fact the WORST business decision I've made in my twenty year career! I would NOT recommend any fitness professional work at this facility. Instead of this company utilizing my skills to help members, I spent my shifts folding towels instead with NO support from management. Don't make the mistake I did, stay far away from this place.

Stopped by today to tour the gym and there was nobody on staff to give a tour. Woman at front said we could not tour alone bc of covid unless we paid $25 each for a guest pass... then we could tour safely. She was quite impolite about it, and it was apparent that our wanting to join was inconvenient to her. Sorry we tried, I wouldn't recommend the place, very unwelcoming.
I'm not a typical 5-star hander-outer type, but I have to say my personal overall experience with RallySport has been really quite phenomenal! What constitutes PHENOMENAL, you might be wondering? I will tell you. My initial tour of the facility by Dorothy was thorough, professional, and not one bit pushy. The Front Desk staff are all friendly - shoutouts to Mateo, Piper, Andrew, Lori, Jenn, and Dorothy! Trainers are cool and chill, too.. I have only met two - Shane and Megan.
But here's what I really like - the other people working out are warm (not like annoyingly over-friendly as if overdosed on sugar) but just a REAL kind of friendly you'd expect from a locally-owned. I've enjoyed this aspect, and it's WHY I chose to go with a local gym vs a chain, because I knew I would feel more of a community at a place like Rally. Not disappointed.
Sure, it's COVID... it's quieter, but I will say there's plenty to do at this gym for me! And everything is nicely spread out with a vast variety of equipment and free weights spread throughout. Battle ropes, Powerslides, ski ergs, ski mill, a quad mill, the standard machines you come to expect, etc. I was reluctant to become a "gym" person because I'm usually not into them for a myriad of reasons, but this one--RallySport--is really meeting and blowing away my expectations. I guess I will stick around and become a "gym" person after all. The first person I met as I approached the facility on my first day was someone who, when I asked if she liked Rally, she said, "I've been a member for 27 years." I figure that means something!
I was visiting family in Boulder for the holiday and went to RallySport for three days. I am an elite runner, currently injured, who needed a place to cross train. RallySport had incredible spin instructors that made the time go by quickly and really got my heart rate up! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, I enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. I highly recommend RallySport to anyone who is visiting Boulder or living in the city!
I have been in a lot of gyms on earth! I have to say RallySport is at the top. "Size does not always matter". The level of attention to detail is remarkable. A lot of focus in this gym, goes to biomechanics.
I ve researched and sampled several athletic and sports clubs and this is IMHO the best club in Boulder for serious athletic training. The Masters swim classes by Rob are world-class. It was amazing to be training alongside iron men and women. Amenities are terrific: always a warm greeting, plenty of fresh towels, clean facilities, helpful staff. There are so many offerings here I wish I d had more time during training season to take advantage of the plethora of fitness classes, personal training, court sports, climbing walls, etc. It is truly impressive how much sporty goodness is stuffed into their facilities. And, what a terrific value! Highly recommend...!
