Shannon Russo is the best!! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. If I could give more stars I would. Shannon is a total professional at what she does. We were referred to her by friends, as she helped several of them but their first homes. I can t imagine going through the process without her! She has the knowledge, resources and an excellent team who take the stress and trouble out of the process. Not only did she help us with finding a home, but she also referred us to an excellent mortgage company and an insurance company, who in which prioritizes you due to your relation with Shannon. Overall, I m so thankful we made the decision to work with Shannon, we will absolutely be working with her in the future.

From my very first introductory meeting Shannon & I clicked so incredibly well. So well that I ended up quitting my part-time job to come work for her! Shannon was & is extremely professional and personable without being high pressure. She helped me sell my townhouse during the end of the winter season, the marketing (pics & advertising) were done beautifully. In the 2 days it was on the market we ended up with over 40 showings, 14 offers and got well above asking price!
