Rooms are spacious but beds need work and pillows ...

Rooms are spacious but beds need work and pillows are too flat. The bedding didn't seem that clean to me. Service was okay. Lobby was crowded with many tourists and families going in and out. Elevators were a tad slow but probably because of all the people moving about. Pools were okay but try to go early when there's not too many kids or better yet just hit the waterpark. Sunset views are amazing though.
