Enjoyed their buffet inch @cinnomon cafe n good services n environment

Comfortable and luxurious rooms, friendly and quick service. I gave one star lesser its because my room wasn't available immediately, had to wait without an estimate time.

5 star presentation but service wise nope...and u have to pay a lot to be treated like a guest

Good places for family gathering..foods, entertainments..etc

The foods was good. A lot of menu been served. Taste good. I went there for a company dinner. Just the toilet was spoiled, where it was so small and crowded at the time. Not so convenient when having a big occasion.

The hotel staff were top notch and extremely attentive.

Have buffet lunch at the coffeehouse. Great variety. 10% discount for 1 card holder. Senior near half price.

Great rooms and beautiful place located in Uptown Petaling Jaya. The breakfast buffet also has a very wide spread. Note that this hotel is connected to a very big office building on one side, and the biggest mall in Malaysia on the other side. However it is also a double edged sword as there is always a lot of commotion on the common floors. So you cannot sit and enjoy with privacy.

Very convinient to come here. Take Mrt to 1 Utama and wallaaaa, you've reach here within 5 minutes

Dining Reservation / Booking Experience

I called to make my buka puasa reservation for july 26 for 7 adults and 1 kids on the first week of puasa either july 10, 11 or 12. Reservation accepted and i leave my name and mobile contact. i did not receive any calls from the hotel until i called them today with good intention and to reconfirm because my pax reduce to 5 adults and 1 kids. first no one answer from the cinnamon even at 1130 plus morning. the front desk take down my details and i also informed them on the reduction of my pax. i got a call back that tell me firstly they are full and can put me in the function room. i am very surprise. told them the reason i booked very early was because i want to be in the restaurant. i am put on hold while they try to look for my reservation. after few minutes they told me that they can fit my group outside the restaurant. i repeat myself again. the lady on the line talk to someone i presume to be the manager. after few more minutes she come back and tell me that the restaurant only for paid reservation and she can put me outside or function room.

to the hotel management and everyone who read this, how will you feel? when i booked very early - 2 weeks before the hotel just take my booking and did not inform me till today. i only got to know that i have to pay if i want to be seated in the restaurant as a reason why they cannot put me inside the restaurant!!! this is not mentioned in the hotel website and when i call to make the booking. if i did not call today and go straight this evening what an embarrassment this will cause. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM THE HOTEL SINCE MY BOOKING. after few attempts thru the 20 over minutes telephone conversation the hotel still cannot find my booking. what kind of hospitality service standard is this????

Decent hotel with excellent buffet, however internet access was not available during my visit.

There is a shopping mall MRT, convenient. But it is a bit far from downtown Kuala Lumpur.

it's the main attraction 1Utama that has MOST of the stuff you will need! forget about Mid Valley and KLCC - most of thr brands are here

Very good hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. The gym is also very spacious and airy. For such a large and nicely designed hotel, the swimming pool is a bit small and plain.
Food is ok... then again the shopping center is just next door with a lot more choices.

Absolutely loving it, great hotel to stay. Brilliant breakfast in Cinnamon Restaurant. Close to Utama shopping centre and Central Gardens. Very friendly staff and service.

This hotel has the worst management I have ever experienced. I am usually very generous at giving ratings, but this time ... Nope.

We already booked two rooms online via the website, which states that there is an ongoing 46 percent off. I even called to confirm about the offer on the website. But when we checked in, the reception told us that we cannot use the discounted price and we ended up paying the full amount. It was Ramadan and we had no energy to fight over this matter.

Then came another issue after we checked out... My car was blocked by another car and we couldn't get out from our parking spot. The guards called in to another department who said "It's not their job" and "nothing could be done", so we waited for two hours before we were able to exit. (We waited at 1Utama until one of the guards called)

Super disappointed. Worst vacation experience ever.

Superb hospitality. Staff is friendly and helpful . Rooms are big and clean. I was lucky to get a room with nice view. Very good housekeeping. Wifi connection is strong At the lobby and even at the 20th level. Very easy access to the shoping mall. Hotel limo service is fantastic.

Old but well maintained .. Stayed in a newly renovated room last time .. 600+ RM .. Quite pricy but also very convenient being connected to one utama mall

The food is always great at their MICE venue. However crowd control is a little hard.

The hotel has been our favorite choice of stay when we are in Petaling Jaya, KL. It is attached to one of SEA's biggest mall. With further expansion, we are sure it would attract more brands and mainstayers. The hotel has always maintain a prestigious look and feel. It is also equipped with well kept facilities. Would always recommend this place of stay to anyone travelling to PJ.

One World is in the 1 Utama Shopping mall. Very convenient. But far from the city center. The hotel is ok. Facilities are also ok.

rooms were nicely spacious and kept clean, with simple but really lovely interiors. likewise their bathrooms. staff were mostly friendly, and .. their breakfast buffet was seriously one of the best!

A modern, high class hotel suited for every needs, be it instagrammable places, delicious food, connected to a shopping mall (1 Utama) such a convenience hard to find.

Just had coffee again. This time I ordered the shake. Chocolate. V nice. Was actually pleasantly surprised. Definitely didn't expect such decent outcome. Korean staff. V kind too. Brought tap water as often as required/ requested. Free wifi. Decent connection. Comfortable seats. Spacious. What else do you need. Looking forward to coming back!!

The place is awesome but the parking the worse. Non claiming sign but claimed. Visitor parking only at B1. For parking sake Best to improve parking as well

Overall experience was good. But there are some disappointment.
1st, the air con was not working in our room but your technicians managed to repair it.
2nd, hairs was found in the toilet which means the room was not properly cleaned.
3nd, mini fridge is not working. We didn't realised it till we took our drinks out on the 2nd day.

RM50++ alacarte buffet. They will serve what you want. You will end up not eating much yay! Hehe

Great ambience, convenience of attached shopping. Good housekeeping. Very good breakfast spread.

Walking to event halls not fully linked within aircon building

Nice popular venue for conferences. Convenient due to it's immediate location to the hugely popular One Utama shopping center. Nice restaurants, they have within it's premise as well as next door at the mall.

Suite decor was as expected.. nothing out of ordinary.. but the breakfast was fantastic

Convenient but impersonal. Check in was on a busy day and there wasn't anyone who brought you up to your room. Housekeeping was good, breakfast selection one of the best but reception can definitely do better and is a deal breaker for any experience.

One of my favourite hotel to stay in whilst in KL. Front line service is great. Rooms are super comfortable. Good breakfast options.

Everything you need in one location.

The location is Super that it is directly connected to the one Utama shopping mall and the MRT station. The staff here is very attentive, and always carries smiles. The room is a bit outdated and worn out in some areas, but still cosy and comfy. Breakfast selection can be improved though. There is not enough healthy options, and natural nuts are also very limited.

Talking about the buffet, Food choices getting lesser and lesser. No more Sticky rice Durian and Mango. Shushi are not fresh specially Salmon. And Pricey.

Wonderful place. Good service and shopping mall is near by.
