I'm not sure what they had going on but the wall paper in the hallway outside out room was peeling. And the pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn't. Also they had plastic covering certain areas by the pool and fans. I wonder if they had some sort of flood. It looked like water damage

Really good location that is just one ride down Angel's Landing to the Central Market. The room was completely immaculate, stocked with an iron and ironing board. Great thing was that there was a shower and a bathtub in the room. Though they didn't have any bath supplied onsite, they were happy to direct us to the nearest place that sold these items. One thing that they provided that I did not realize to take advantage of is their free shuttle service to anywhere with in 3 miles. Would have been helpful since it was blazing hot this weekend!

The staff was very welcoming, warm and friendly. Not a single issue all weekend. The location was great for sight seeing because of their location you can get anywhere in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel and i will most certainly be staying again.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, convenient eateries and shopping in the building, rooms are spacious with ample sleep, work and lounge space ... BUT... The air filtration sucks and the rooms are dusty... I had an allergy attack on my 1st night and it only got worst... Stayed there twice each for 6-7 nights each... I enjoyed it, in the medicated state that i was in.

Had dinner at Noe. The lamb was perfect, rib eye a little sinewy. Both perfectly cooked. Had the octopus starter and it was easily the best I've eaten. The presentation a little messy for my taste.

The room has everything. It has that "Timeshare" feel. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Perfect for late night snaking. This location has a Pizza place, and a Sandwich shop within walking distance...both open late!

We stay at many Omni properties and this location is consistently one of the best. Customer service is very genuine and prompt. Eric our bellman to Eva in the Club Level lounge are two shining examples.

The hotel is very good. Service was great, and the location near the center of LA with metroes nearby is great. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable too.

From the ambiance to the customer service to the food everything was amazing. The food is reasonably priced however the drinks are overpriced and watered down. We received a sweet treat that was compliments of the chef that was a nice surprise. We had mussels as our appetizer. My husband had the Bouillabaisse and I had the filet mignon and for dessert we had lemon cake. Parking in the structure is $15 however if you valet park with validation from the restaurant it will only be $13. We truly enjoyed our experience at the NOE restaurant and will be back.

Great hotel and location for vacation or business. The staff is outstanding and goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort and care during the stay. This hotel is steps from the historic Angels Flight funicular at the base of which is the Grand Central Market with ample choices for great dining. The Pershing Square metro rail station is right there on the corner too. You can take the red line to Hollywood and Universal Studios in one direction or back toward Union Station for connections with other rail lines. The MOCA, Broad and Disney Concert Hall are all within walking distance.

The Omni hotel is wonderful! Upon entering you are greeted by a pleasant scent that comes from the fresh bouquet of flowers. I specifically came for the brunch buffet and thought it was great. My favorite thing there was the freshly made waffles. Light, crispy, and full of flavor. The next best thing was the succulent prime rib. Ill definitely be back!

The brunch buffet at the Grand Cafe is excellent. They have crab claws and shrimp cocktail and an omelette bar just to name a few. They offer endless mimosas and the desserts are delicious. Your only regret coming here is eating too much.

by far worst hotel ever!,nice rooms though. But at 12 am this person broke through my window and shoved me out of the room, after i called security. but the security guys got shot and molested. And the for dinner they had a nice restaurant but the only thing on the menu was gum paste. then even better! while I was taking showers i saw cameras the owner is a perv, and on top of that the sink is covered in hair and flem, and bits of human feces were spurting out of the bed.

$49 valet fee too expensive
Tex is expensive so living around is expensive
All about the Cost
If you don't mind those small money then this hotel is quite good for everything.

Incredible rooms. Staff very friendly. We came here to stay at the hotel for the LA Marathon and the hotel made extra accommodations for us. The location is very nice, as the Staples Center is about 2 miles away and there are many food places nearby. Definitely recommend this hotel!

This was our first time visiting any Omni property and I was very pleased with the level of service provided and our room. The property was very nicely maintained and the staff were polite and helpful. I stayed on their executive floor and the snacks and breakfast available were a nice touch. I will be looking into staying at this hotel brand from now on.
