Friendly staff, but a few seem "forgetful". I called a week before arriving to get certain things placed in my room that I never received. I was then placed on a "list". I honestly just stopped asking and counted my losses. EXTREMELY clean rooms, tasty drinks at the bar, but the food is sub par.
