My Dad was sent here because it was the only place that takes patients with a trach and vent. We had no choice in the matter. It was Omni or sending him several states away with no family nearby to check in on him. This was a few years ago and my Dad has since passed away. This place was a literal hell hole. My Dad had come out of a coma and was unable to walk or talk during this period. He would press a button for a drink or for help to go to the bathroom and someone would show up 8 hours after the fact and I am not exaggerating. The facility smells horrible. The smell makes you feel physically ill. This man was the best father. There is nothing he didn't or wouldn't do for us and to have him end up at this hell hole for three months was the worst thing I've ever gone through in my life. If I could have taken his place I would have. As someone in another review said, animal shelters provide better care than this dump. If you love your family member and have a choice on where you can send them, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!! It is an atrocity that the State hasn't shut this place down.

Worst place to send your loved ones. They do not care for their patients. My father died because of this place. I would NEVER EVER send a loved one to this AWFUL place. I wish this place and Huron valley hospital would've cared about my dad because he could've made it if you awful nurses would've actually CARED about your patients. Truly disgusting.

A great place to bring your family members and a great place to work. Although you cant satisfied everyone , Omni Continuing Care do a great job in trying too...........

My grandpa was put in this place without knowing what kinda of facilitie that this was. Had a very bad infection in his eye and left him with it for 48 with his eyes ending up being glued shut by all the puss and ended up on life support and on a ventilator and is now suffering in ICU.

Ghetto staff, yes they might say hi but not in full uniform, wearing jeans. I saw a puppy running in the hallway and later found out it belongs to an employee. Always smells bad, stealing from patient, workers that are upset when you ask them to do something. Who needs sheets and blankets that bad that they steal it from a sick patient? Also who steals a mobility apron that my rehabilitating loved one had?

The rooms are way to hot, they shouldn't put three oxygen concentrators in one room they put off to much heat. It's so hot you can't do anything and it makes it harder to breathe.

Was a resident there..staff indifferent to your needs.Would rather clean dinner dishes than take care of patients needs.The residents are a burden instead of being your job.Don't put a loved one here.Thank God I'm out.

The care my husband has received at Omni is excellent. There are too many staff members to name because they are all very caring. I recommend people to bring their loved ones to Omni for great care. May God bless each and everyone of them!

Dirty facility, rude & lazy staff. I ended up putting in for a transfer for my family member after them being there for only 4 days. Totally unacceptable.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO SEND YOUR LOVED ONES. THEY HAVE NO TELEVISIONS FOR THE PATIENTS IN THE ROOM, YOU HAVE TO BRING ONE FROM HOME. THE CNA'S ARE LAZY AS HELL, ESPECIALLY ON MIDNIGHTS. AND THE NURSES WILL LIE TO COVER THERE OWN ASSES!!!! AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THEY HAVE RODENTS REALLY BAD!!!!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. I WOULDN'T SEND MY DOG OR WORST ENEMY THERE.

"My father was admitted to this nursing home a few months ago. One of the worst nursing homes I have ever seen especially the Rehab services. They were always rude to me and I have seen that they were the same with other residents family too, I never ever seen them wearing a name badge. So, we don t know who they are unless we ask them; and they won t even care to tell their name. My father was is in bed all the time and they never cared to treat or give therapy to him. But I was surprised to see that I got bills for receiving therapy services.

One day I entered my father's room to see a physical therapist just sitting by my father and playing on his phone. I asked him who are you? . He said my name is AJ and he is a physical therapist. I asked why are you not doing your job he said that he just came to take the knee brace off since my father already received therapy that morning. He told me he always treats my father in the early morning. The next day I went in the early morning and none of them showed up. I raised my concerns with the therapy manager. The therapy manager Ms. Sandy promised me that it will be taken care of. But nothing happened; eventually, my father started to develop bedsores. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I moved my father to a different nursing home and he is doing much better now

My friend was transferred after the previous facility went; (out of business)? Sold, whatever. His arrival was met with more than enough attention, care and regard, they took extra time to even adapt the type bed that he'd be most accommodated by. In the 20 days he's been there, I've visited twice, and find the staff; very attentive, and in above average in their attitude, yes, most I've encountered seem to be enjoying their work!
I met the move-day, an employee of 20+ years!, at this same location! What does ''that' say. No, I don't work, I'm semi disabled myself, & 58 and a veteran, nobody asked me to write this! Hxxl! He even compliments the food quality, portions, etc.
I've read numerous reviews, from differing facilities also, as you also are. This is a very important decision!
Let me empathize most humbly, with those who've been not happy, or worse, in their experience, whether, here, or elsewhere. My review will be updated trust me!, if justified. in HIS hands, S. Spring.

Horrible place!!! Please do not put your love one in this place. The Humane Society treat their "residents" better. I had first hand experience with this facility for almost two years.I kept a daily diary which, I still have. I rate it a D-!!!!! Please read all of the violation this place has received. This is one of several.

A 66-year-old man was tied by his wrists to his bed with a gown and bedsheet, a violation of federal regulations that forbid restraining residents for "discipline or convenience."

my young son is here, and I am not happy. A hand full of people do their job, but the rest shouldn't even have a job. Then they get mad when it's brought to the administrations attention. Some of them half clean the patients. Very disappointing.

My first time going, very pleased very clean , very nice staff. You don't usually hear good things from the state. I commend everyone that works there. All the patients seem happy, the food menu is a variety of tasty choices. Everyone needs someone that cares, it shows!

Omni gives you more of a family feel everyone is treated fairly. GREAT residence and A really good staff, Very caring and thoughtful of ones needs. Once again home away from home.

I've been here for a few years and it's always been a positive environment the people are friendly and easy to work with and the residents are really nice also

Hello everyone my name is Christine .
I was here at Omni care for almost a month. I was there for rehabilitation.. I'm fairly young,so being in a nursing home was really hard on me , but the staff there is amazing. Everyone from the Director of Nursings, Nurse's, C.N.A'S , Activities Department , Physical therapy there is awesome!!!! I highly recommend this place .
