Booked an appointment to view a fiesta at Rochdale branch this morning. Drove almost an hour to be told the car was currently being sold. Terrible service and manager was rude and unhelpful when we complained. Highly unprofessional. Thanks for nothing!
We recently changed our Fiesta for a new Active X. Harrison was the salesman and he made the whole process totally hassle free. He explained the whole process very well and made the new car buying experience a delight. All of the staff at OMC Rochdale were professional and attentive. Five stars.
On collection of car told it was due timing belt. Surely could have warned on booking in. No, wait till already spent 300 and given further expenditure of 500. At 8 years old would have part exchanged for new car if told full cost in advance!!

Experienced an excellent service from start to finish in purchasing a new Ford Focus from OMC Ford Rochdale. This dealer was first off a little cheaper than other car supermarkets and even other Ford dealers i.e Evan Halshaw. So after successfully motoring for 11 in cars provided by my parents I finally made the leap and purchased my first car, a 2016 2.3 litre Ford Mustang Fastback. Being based in Northern Ireland meant there were (and still are) very little on the road and even less for sale second hand. This is where Dave Burt and the team at OMC Rochdale stepped in. I found the car on Autotrader on a Friday evening. I spoke with Dave that night and he was more than helpful. I told him I would be back in touch on the Saturday after going to view one in the local area. The local car just wasn t right and I decided to make the trip to Rochdale to look at what OMC were offering. After giving Dave a small (and I mean small) deposit he agreed to put the car away and hold it until I arrived. Dave offered to collect my Dad and I from the airport but we (stupidly) decided to get the train to Rochdale and get collected at the station. When we arrived at the dealership the car was beautifully presented and shined up like a new penny. After the car passed the initial Daddy test drive Dave powered through the paperwork to get us on the road asap so we could make the late afternoon sailing home from Scotland. We could not have made the sailing had Dave not been prepared to sell a car that day. He had all the paperwork prepared beforehand, the car half filled with petrol and a full Ford service completed. From start to finish took 45 minutes. Dave also checked in on us a week later to check the fires of love were still burning strong. I have had the pleasure of driving Fords for nearly 10 years now. A Ford is truly a luxury car at a working man s price. Dave and all the folks at OMC Rochdale honour this historic brand in the way they conduct their business. I would have no doubts about recommending them or even returning in a few years to upgrade to a 5 litre

I have recently purchased a BMAX from OMC Rochdale and couldn't have asked for better service from beginning to end. No pushy salesman pitch and no pressure to buy. I arranged a test drive and left my details just in case someone put a deposit down or bought the car in the meantime. On the day, we drove down from Yorkshire only to be met with 'sorry someone put a deposit down half an hour ago'. Fair enough, but when we asked if they had anything else in, i got the reply that they were low on stock (despite them adversing +20 other cars on motors.o.uk) OMC Rochdale could have called us to let us know the car was not available or shown us a different car but they were just not bothered. They didn't even ask what type of car we were after or what our budget was, a clear sign that they could not be less interested. It's such a shame as we were really keen to buy a car from them after reading some of the reviews. Also, when arranging the test drive, they asked me where my accent was from which tbh I find a rather odd question to ask someone who obviously doesn't have a British accent... What a waste of time.
I had a couple of question about my emission rating (as travelling to France) and also headlight setting. Steve from service was more than helpful. He didn't have the answers to hand but within 10 minutes called back with the answers. Excellent service. All to often people too quick to write a poor review but very slow to highlight good service.
Dropped the car off at 8am and asked if it could be ready for 12, the lady on reception said she would try her best. I had a call at 10.30am to say the car was ready, great service. It's not often these days that people seem to bother about customer service but I'll give credit where credit is due! Thank you I'll definitely use OMC Rochdale again.

I haven't been a customer but the staff were very helpful and kind. I needed a proof of address for an interview but my printer was not working. The lady on reception kindly printed it off for me and wouldn't even take any money! I can only assume their business practices are this good.
Called in today to speak to someone about their motabilaty offers. I was dealt with by a guy called Daniel trapp who was EXCELLENT!!! He took me on a test drive in the New focas ActiveX which was a fantastic car. He was very knowledgeable about the car and gave me all the info I needed to get my next car.

Had a service done. Bit pricey. Was contacted by service department whilst car was in to try & sell me fuel treatment etc. The car has only done 15000 miles. Not sure it's necessary. Also reported a tyre was low & had priced up a cheapo budget tyre but priced it quite high! Wasn't overly impressed. Would have expected to be in Michelin territory for that money. Other than that it was ok. If main dealers want repeat business then they need to look at the pricing. *Update* Recent visit to the garage was a more positive experience. More attentive staff of service department. Was given a good deal on Michelin tyres & they were fitted quickly with no damage to my alloy wheels. Definite improvement. Prices for genuine wiper blades are a bit steep but I'm sure I will be told they are in line with Ford pricing structure & competitive with other providers. Not the point though. I will return but be wary of cost. I know it is a business that is there to make money but it's finding that happy balance. Re graded to 4*.
Had problems with my ford focus ST2 I had bought from trust ford my car broke down and had it towed too OMC ford were I met spoke to John service manager couldn't do enough for me carried out tests immediately and responsiveley with diagnostics with 12 hours before the car went back to trust ford I am awaiting new engine look forward to be bringing my car back to OMC ford for servicing as john has been great no nonsense type guy very responsive that it was important to get my car diagnosed also few sales lads I met was asset they know who they are THANK YOU John see you soon for servicing....;)))

I was greeted by Anthony Large at OMC ford and what a guy from start to finish. He managed to offer a fantastic deal on a new Fiesta ST Line X which I was not expecting. I feel as though from start to finish he was safe (covid) swift, relaxed and ultimate cared about what I wanted. None of these pressure tactics you would expect. He went beyond the call of duty to get me the right deal which I feel you dont get at other places I previously visited. My experience of buying a car at OMC Ford was brilliant and I feel as though Anthony represents the frontline team in a great fashion and OMC should be lucky to have him as a member of staff. Good service until I read the paperwork, it stated I declined a recommendation to change the brake fluid during a service and MOT. No contact made with me so officially a lie and I don't do lies at all. Oh I'll amend the paperwork to change the statement! However the lie still exists. I will never visit OMC Castleton again, regardless of the service MOT plan i took out. My opinion of dealerships confirmed as RIP off merchants.

Sent my car in for a routine service, had no issue when it went in but came back with alot of issues on it, would cut out when the clutch was depressed, no power, esp fault, wont be using these again
