I arranged a test drive and left my details just in case someone put a deposit down or bought the car in the meantime. On the day, we drove down from Yorkshire only to be met with 'sorry someone put a deposit down half an hour ago'. Fair enough, but when we asked if they had anything else in, i got the reply that they were low on stock (despite them adversing +20 other cars on motors.o.uk) OMC Rochdale could have called us to let us know the car was not available or shown us a different car but they were just not bothered. They didn't even ask what type of car we were after or what our budget was, a clear sign that they could not be less interested. It's such a shame as we were really keen to buy a car from them after reading some of the reviews. Also, when arranging the test drive, they asked me where my accent was from which tbh I find a rather odd question to ask someone who obviously doesn't have a British accent... What a waste of time.
